    Abstract: Food compositions comprising a milk ingredient and steam-treated uncooked grains are described. The compositions provide a convenient alternative to overnight oats. The food compositions preferably include yogurt and uncooked steam-treated oats, which form a food product that has a shelf stability at 4° C. of at least 60 days. Methods of making and using such food compositions are also described wherein the grains are treated with steam just before being mixed with the milk ingredient.

The antibacterial coating or surface includes Angstrom scale flakes, where the Angstrom scale flakes are arranged in a standing position on the substrate surface and are attached to the substrate surface via edge sides thereof. The Angstrom scale flakes can, for example, be graphene flakes, or graphite flakes having a thickness of a few atom layers. It has been found that such standing flakes are efficient in killing prokaryotic cells but do not harm eukaryotic cells.

The tasks may be prioritized into an order of execution that maximizes a total of the values of the tasks. The determined values of the tasks may be adjusted in the prioritization of the tasks based on the order of execution of the tasks. A navigational task route may be generated based on the prioritized tasks and assigned to a technician device to guide a technician to each of the tasks.
