    Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for the identification and characterization of fluid accumulation in the retina using OCT imaging. The disclosed methods and systems are directed to the automated segmentation of retinal fluid using 2D or 3D structural OCT scan images. Approaches for visualization and quantification of both intraretinal and subretinal fluid are presented. Methods are also disclosed for using OCT angiography data to improve the quality of retinal fluid segmentation, and to provide combined visualization of fluid accumulation and retinal vasculature to inform clinical interpretation of results.

When AC power transitions to an OFF condition, a capacitor bank charged by the battery supplies current to the primary side of a flyback converter operating in discontinuous conduction mode. The secondary side of the flyback converter supplies constant output power to the LED lighting fixture for an arbitrary output voltage within a predetermined range.

The light emitting layer has a multiple quantum well structure formed by a plurality of well layers and barrier layers stacked alternately. There is one well layer disposed between the two barrier layers. Thereby the stress control layer not only improves crystal quality degradation caused by lattice mismatch between the p-type carrier blocking layer and the light emitting layer but also reduces effects of compressive stress on the well layer caused by material differences.
