    Abstract: A mobile electronic device comprising an internal circuit and a battery compartment having an entrance and an exit. The battery compartment comprises a first conductor and a second conduct at the inner side of the battery compartment. The first conductor comprises at least two conductive contacts electrically connected to the internal circuit and having a distance from each other in the direction from the battery entrance to the battery exit so that, while a backup battery is sliding into the battery compartment from the battery entrance and pushing out a current battery through the battery exit, the first conductor may maintain electrical connection with conductive belt of the current battery and/or the backup battery. The structure of the second conductor is similar that of the first conductor and may maintain electrical connection with conductive belt of the current battery and/or the backup battery.

The strain relief layer is disposed between the light emitting layer and the N-type semiconductor layer, and is made of InxGa1-xN, where 0<x<1. The difference between x's at any two positions in the strain relief layer is greater than ?0.01 and less than 0.01. The thickness of the strain relief layer is larger than the thickness of each well layer of the multiple quantum well structure.

The nitride semiconductor structure includes a multiple quantum well structure formed by a plurality of well layers and barrier layers stacked alternately. One well layer is disposed between every two barrier layers. The barrier layer is made of AlxInyGa1-x-yN (0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<x+y<1) while the well layer is made of InzGa1-zN (0<z<1). Thereby quaternary composition is adjusted for lattice match between the barrier layers and the well layers. Thus crystal defect caused by lattice mismatch is improved.

    Abstract: To provide a modified forward osmosis (FO) membrane module for flow regime improvement, the FO membrane module includes but not limited to: a water inlet; a water outlet; a forward osmosis (FO) membrane; a frame; and folded plates for improving flow regime in which draw solution is introduced into the water inlet of membrane module, then flowed through flow channels composed by three opposite folded plates vertically arranged on upper and bottom portions of the frame alternatively along horizontal direction with equal space; and drawn out from the water outlet. The flow regime improvement is achieved by increasing number of flow-guide folded plate, which results in the decrease of internal concentration polarization and membrane fouling. Structure of frame is modified to improve flow regime and to satisfy requirement of convenient and reliable connections between numbers of membrane modules in the FO membrane system.

    Abstract: System and method for locating and identifying nerves innervating the wall of arteries such as the renal artery are disclosed. The present invention identifies areas on vessel walls that are innervated with nerves; provides indication on whether energy is delivered accurately to a targeted nerve; and provides immediate post-procedural assessment of the effect of energy delivered to the nerve. The method includes at least the steps to evaluate a change in physiological parameters after energy is delivered to an arterial wall; and to determine the type of nerve that the energy was directed to (none, sympathetic or parasympathetic) based on the evaluated results. The system includes at least a device for delivering energy to the wall of blood vessel; sensors for detecting physiological signals from a subject; and indicators to display results obtained using this method. Also provided are catheters for performing the mapping and ablating functions.

The ground attribute data are extracted through the method, so that the accuracy of PS points is 95.1 percent.
