    Abstract: A method, UE and integrated circuit for reporting RSTD values to a network. A user equipment (UE) is configured to establish a connection to a network, the network comprising a first cell and a second cell. The UE receives a positioning reference signal from each of the first and second cells, determines a frequency band for each of the positioning reference signals, determines reference signal time difference (RSTD) values from measured time offsets between the positioning reference signals from the first and second cells, determines RSTD reporting values based on at least the RSTD values and the determined frequency bands and transmits an indication of the RSTD reporting values to the network.

    Abstract: The present application provides a vibration exciter, which includes a casing with an accommodating space, a vibration unit suspended in the accommodating space, an elastic unit connected to the vibration unit and arranged in the accommodating space, and a drive unit fixed to the casing and configured to drive the vibration unit to vibrate. The vibration unit includes a mass block in a ring shape, a rubber coating member wrapped outside the mass block and internally form an installation cavity, a pole core combined with the rubber coating member and arranged inside the installation cavity, and a magnetic steel fixed on a side of the pole core away from the mass block. The drive unit is accommodated in the installation cavity. The vibration exciter of the present application can effectively reduce production costs and improve the fixation stability between the mass block, the magnetic steel and other components.

    Abstract: An intraocular lens has a lens body. At least one side surface of the lens body is provided with a focus determination diffraction area and a focus offset diffraction area. The focus determination diffraction area comprises at least two focus determination diffraction structures of different heights. The focus determination diffraction structures of different heights are alternately arranged to provide the intraocular lens with focuses which respectively correspond to distant vision, intermediate vision and near vision. The focus offset diffraction area comprises focus offset diffraction structures which corresponds to the focus determination diffraction structures. The height ratio of the at least one focus offset diffraction structure to a corresponding focus determination diffraction structure is 1.1 to 1.3 or 0.8 to 0.95. The focus offset diffraction structures provide the intraocular lens with offset focuses.
