    Abstract: A storage subsystem read voltage determination system coupled to a first storage subsystem may read data from the first storage subsystem at a plurality of different read voltage sets and, for each of the plurality of read voltage sets, generate a respective bit error probability distribution of a number of bit errors per codeword provided by the data read from the first storage subsystem. The storage subsystem read voltage provisioning system also generates an error correction capability graph associated with error correction code used by the first storage subsystem and, based on the bit error probability distributions and the error correction capability graph, generates a respective average codeword error rate for each of the plurality of read voltage sets. The storage subsystem read voltage provisioning system then identifies a first read voltage set for which a minimum average codeword error rate was determined.

    Abstract: System and method for temperature-calibration of a crystal oscillator (XO) in a mobile device. A temperature-calibration status of the XO is determined and a trigger condition related to temperature-calibration of the XO is detected. If the temperature-calibration status of the XO is not fully temperature-calibrated or if the XO has not been previously temperature-calibrated, a temperature-calibration session is initiated by an XO manager based on the condition, wherein a receiver is configured to receive signals and temperature-calibration of the XO is performed in a background mode based on the received signals. The condition based triggering ensures that the XO is temperature-calibrated prior to launch of any position based or global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) based applications on the mobile device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of OAM antennas, and provides a frequency re-configurable OAM antenna in S band and a frequency reconfiguration method. The OAM antenna includes a lower dielectric substrate and multiple array units. Each array unit includes a metal patch, an upper dielectric substrate, an outer loop, an inner loop, a coaxial feeder, four metal probes, and four diodes. In the present disclosure, bias states of all the diodes of each array unit are controlled by applying a voltage; when all the diodes are in forward bias states, the antenna works at a high frequency; and when all the diodes are in reverse bias states, the antenna works at a low frequency. The frequency re-configurable OAM antenna in S band in the present disclosure has features of frequency reconfiguration and two OAM radiation modes, and has a stable gain over a broadband.

    Abstract: A glass ceramic manufactured by sequentially performing the processes of melting and thermal decomposition, water quenching and sintering of a glass composite. The glass ceramic includes 38 wt % to 49 wt % CaO, 41 wt % to 52 wt % SiO2 and 0.1 wt % to 20 wt % P2O5. The glass composite includes a glass component and P2O5, and the glass component includes CaCO3 and SiO2 and does not include an alkali metal oxide. The melting and thermal composition temperature is from 1350° C. to 1650° C. The sintering temperature is from 750° C. to 1050° C. By the combination of CaO, SiO2 and P2O5 and the control of the contents of CaO, SiO2 and P2O5 within the aforementioned ranges, and the glass ceramic contains no alkali metal oxide, the glass ceramic has good mechanical strength and low cytotoxicity.
