The selective passivation layer covers a portion of a surface of the substrate away from the intrinsic amorphous silicon layer and includes a plurality of passivation contact structures arranged at intervals in a second direction. Each passivation contact structure includes a tunneling layer and a second doped conductive layer stacked in the first direction.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for mining rare earth ore using a direct current. The system includes: liquid injection holes arranged in a mining area; electrodes arranged in the liquid injection holes; a leaching agent added into the liquid injection holes; and an electrification control system dividing the mining area into M equal parts and electrifying the electrodes using a cyclical alternate electrification method from 1 to M. In an Nu electrification cycle, all electrodes of an (M×n+N)th row are connected to a positive electrode of a power supply, and all electrodes of an (M×n+N+1)th row are connected to a negative electrode of the power supply. The cyclical alternate electrification method reduces at least (M?1)/M of power consumption, and the rare earth mining efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: A method for calibrating an NMR tool includes receiving N echo trains from an NMR tool; performing a linear fit of the echo trains to determine an initial parameter of an exponential decay curve; generating a plurality of test sets, each identifying a subset of the echo trains as test samples and identifying at least one echo train as a control sample. The selected test samples in each test set is independent of the selected test samples in other test sets. The method also includes performing, for each test set, a non-linear fit of the test samples based on the initial parameter to determine a test value for the parameter of the test set; determining an error value for each test set; selecting a test set having an error value less than an error threshold; and calibrating the NMR tool based on the test value of the selected test set.

    Abstract: A glycerylphosphorylethanolamine (GPE) skeleton compound and a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-based drug carrier with the same are provided. The GPE skeleton compound has a structure shown in formula (I): A dithiolane structure is modified on a hydrophilic phosphate terminus of the GPE, such that the dithiolane structure is more fully exposed on a surface of the LNP, and the surface of the LNP can expose more dithiolane, thereby further promoting endocytosis of the LNP by mucosal cells. The GPE skeleton compound has a wide adjustment range in an LNP formulation and can increase a content of the dithiolane in the LNP. A nucleic acid-LNP composition and a pharmaceutical preparation are further provided, and can be used for ocular delivery, pulmonary inhalation delivery, and nasal spray of nucleic acid drugs, providing a new option for extrahepatic delivery of the nucleic acid drugs.

    Abstract: Described herein are methods for removing the vibration induced additional signal obtained during downhole NMR operations. The additional signal is removed by analyzing a number of instances of data sets neighbors, at either the raw echo, reconstructed echoes, or the spectrum which results from inversion. A number of neighboring data instances are analyzed together to find the minimal (lowest) common values in each. Thereafter, the minimal value replaces the previous value across the data instances, thereby removing the extra signal.
