    Abstract: Systems and methods for compressing nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data are disclosed. The methods include the steps of selecting a T1/T2 ratio value, inverting a first portion of the echo train data using the selected T1/T2 value, and reconstructing the inverted echo train using the selected T1/T2 value. A quality measure is calculated based on a comparison of the reconstructed echo train to the original echo train. When the quality measure is satisfactory, the NMR data is inverted using the selected T1/T2 value and transmitted to the surface.

The UE further performs candidate beam detection by monitoring at least one candidate reference signal that is transmitted by one or more candidate base stations, where at least one candidate base station (a first candidate base station) is different from the one or more base stations to which the UE was previously communicating. The UE selects the first candidate base station based on the candidate beam detection, and transmits a beam failure recovery request (BFRQ) message to the first candidate base station based on the selection.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for configuring HARQ feedback for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) communication. In one example, a method includes identifying a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource in a first slot for communicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook. The method includes determining a set of SPS PDSCH receptions for which feedback is multiplexed in the HARQ codebook based on SPS PDSCH configurations for each component carrier and each slot, a UE capability for number of SPS PDSCH receptions per slot, and a prioritization protocol. The method includes selecting a codebook type based on whether a PDSCH is scheduled by way of a dynamic grant for any of the plurality of slots, constructing the HARQ codebook based on the set of SPS PDSCH receptions and the selected codebook type, and transmitting the HARQ codebook to a next generation node.
