    Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting and diagnosing faults in a radiotherapy system, such as a fault related to a dynamic leaf guide (DLG), are discussed. An exemplary predictive maintenance system includes a processor configured to receive machine data indicative of configuration and operation of a DLG in a target radiotherapy machine, apply a trained deep learning model to the received machine data, and detect and diagnose a DLG fault. The predictive maintenance system can train the deep learning model using data sequences constructed from the received machine data of the one more normal DLGs and the one or more faulty DLGs. Diagnosis of the DLG fault in the target radiotherapy machine includes classifying the DLG faults into different fault types or different fault severities.

    Abstract: In a method for training an entity recognition model, sample text data including entity text content is acquired. Entity recognition is performed on the sample text data using a candidate entity recognition model to obtain an entity recognition result corresponding to the sample text data. A recognition loss value is determined based on a difference between the entity division label and the entity recognition result. A sample quality score corresponding to the sample text data is acquired. Loss adjustment is performed on the recognition loss value based on the sample quality score to obtain a predicted loss value. The candidate entity recognition model is trained based on the predicted loss value to obtain a trained entity recognition model that is configured to perform entity recognition on inputted text data. Apparatus and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium counterparts are also contemplated.

Highest amplitudes for each of the first and second sensor signals are determined by the evaluation unit as a maximum value of amplitudes of the respective sensor signals detected over multiple revolutions of the rotational element. An angular position of a rotational component is determined by the evaluation unit based on output from an atan 2-function that takes the first and second sensor signals and the highest amplitudes as input.

The memory management circuit transfers an input data from an external memory to the first memory. After a first data tile of a first feature map data is generated, the memory management circuit stores the first data tile to the second memory. When a data amount of the first data tile stored satisfies a predetermined value, the memory management circuit transfers the first data tile from the second memory to the first memory, and the convolution operation circuit reads the first data tile from the first memory and accordingly performs a second-stage calculation to generate a second data tile of a second feature map data.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for implementing gradient adaptive ringing control for image resampling are disclosed. A blending alpha calculation circuit generates a blending alpha value for a set of input pixels based on a normalized gradient calculated for the set of input pixels. The normalized gradient is a low-pass filtered gradient of the set of input pixels divided by a maximum gradient for the set of input pixels. The normalized gradient is passed through a mapping function so as to generate the blending alpha value. The mapping function is pre-tuned based on filter coefficients, video content type, pixel format, and so on. An interpolated pixel is generated for the set of input pixels by blending ringing free and ringing prone interpolation coefficients, or by blending results between ringing free and ringing prone interpolation filters, with the blending weight for each filter based on the blending alpha value.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for reducing three dimensional (3D) lookup table (LUT) interpolation error while minimizing on-chip storage are disclosed. A processor generates a plurality of mappings from a first gamut to a second gamut at locations interspersed throughout a 3D representation of the pixel component space. For example, in one implementation, the processor calculates mappings for 17×17×17 vertices within the 3D representation. Other implementations can include other numbers of vertices. Rather than increasing the number of vertices to reduce interpolation error, the processor calculates mappings for centroids of the sub-cubes defined by the vertices within the 3D representation of the first gamut. This results in a smaller increase to the LUT size as compared to increasing the number of vertices. The centroid mappings are used for performing tetrahedral interpolation to map source pixels in the first gamut into the second gamut with a reduced amount of interpolation error.

After the multiple active stack sections are formed, the method removes the sacrificial material in the shafts and removes portions of the dielectric buffer layer between shafts of adjacent active stack sections. The method fills the openings with a gate dielectric layer and a gate conductor. In some embodiments, the gate dielectric layer is discontinuous in the shaft over the depth of the multiple active stack sections.
