The processor circuitry can be configured to monitor a downlink associated with a cell using a reference signal and estimate a downlink radio link quality associated with the downlink. The processor circuitry can further be configured to compare the estimated downlink radio link quality with a threshold. The processor circuitry can further be configured to trigger an out-of-sync operation in response to the downlink radio link quality being worse than the threshold. The threshold can include a value less than 10%.

The cleaning liquid is sucked into the negative-pressure component from the storage cup by an existing negative-pressure power source of the negative-pressure component. Air sucked by the negative-pressure power source is mixed with the cleaning liquid in the negative-pressure component.

In addition, compared with a traditional process for preparing olefin from methane, no CO2 is generated; the ignition and explosion risk is avoided; and the reactor is safer and more environmentally friendly.

The Lentinula edodes polysaccharide rich in the ?-glucan has stable quality, and its yield, polysaccharide content and ?-glucan content are significantly improved compared with water extraction and alcohol precipitation methods in the related art. In vitro pharmacological experiments prove that the Lentinula edodes polysaccharide rich in the ?-glucan has good anti-inflammatory activity and can be applied to preparation of drugs or health foods.
