The weight reader is configured to receive a weight and a multi-bit analog input voltage and generate a multi-bit voltage according to the weight and the multi-bit analog input voltage. The driver is connected to the weight reader and configured to receive an edge-input signal. The driver is configured to generate an edge-output signal having a delay time according to the edge-input signal and the multi-bit voltage. The delay time of the edge-output signal is positively correlated with the multi-bit analog input voltage multiplied by the weight.

The logging tool may estimate the unknown properties by interpolating values into a mathematical function related to the above-noted distances and frequencies. After estimating the unknown properties, the logging tool may be deployed into the wellbore, where it may use the estimated properties to process signals received through a subsurface formation.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for identifying a borehole correction factor for determining a true resistivity by selecting a model to apply in identifying the borehole correction factor and applying the model to an apparent resistivity to identify the borehole correction factor. To perform borehole correction, a multiplicative coefficient is needed to apply to the apparent resistivity. A database of this multiplicative coefficient, called the borehole correction factor, is generated based on the borehole correction model. The technology described herein allows operators to avoid time-consuming variable borehole diameter sweeps and complex borehole diameter inversion current used in resistivity logging software.

    Abstract: The present application provides a reflective screen of a monocrystal growth furnace and the monocrystal growth furnace. The reflective screen comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a thermal insulating material sandwiched between the inner and the outer cylinders, and a thermal insulating pad disposed at the joint of the inner and the outer cylinders. The reflective screen and the monocrystal growth furnace are able to decrease the thermal transmittance from the outer cylinder to the inner cylinder, increase the vertical temperature gradient of the ingot, and prevent or decrease the silicon oxides evaporated from the molten silicon to condensate on the outer cylinder of the reflective screen. Thereby, polycrystalline caused by the oxides falling into the molten silicon can be reduced. Moreover, the thermal power required during the growth of monocrystalline silicon can be reduced because of the reduction of unnecessary thermal transmittance.
