  • Patent number: 11359247
Abstract: Provided herein are genetic circuits and cell state classifiers for detecting the microRNA profile of a cell. The cell state classifiers of the present disclosure are designed to incorporate multiple genetic circuits integrated together by transcriptional or translational control. Multiple inputs can be sensed simultaneously by coupling their detection to different portions of the genetic circuit such that the output molecule is produced only when the correct input profile of miRNAs is detected. The genetic circuits and cell state classifiers may be used in various applications (e.g., therapeutic or diagnostic applications).

  • Patent number: 11352001
Abstract: A method for controlling deceleration of an environmentally friendly vehicle is provided. The method includes determining a target deceleration profile of the environmentally friendly vehicle based on deceleration event information in ahead of the vehicle and a current speed of the vehicle. A deceleration target speed profile of the vehicle is calculated based on the target deceleration profile. A driving motor of the vehicle is then operated based on the deceleration target speed profile to decelerate the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11339395
Abstract: Provided herein are genetic circuits and cell state classifiers for detecting the microRNA profile of a cell. In some embodiments, the cell state classifiers described herein utilize an endoribonuclease and a self-amplifying RNA molecule for controlling the expression of an output molecule. In some embodiments, the cell state classifiers described herein are encoded on a single RNA transcript, which is then processed to produce individual genetic circuits that function independently. The genetic circuits and cell state classifiers described herein may be used in various applications (e.g., therapeutic or diagnostic applications).

  • Publication number: 20220102116
Abstract: A matching network for a system having a non-linear load and powered by a first RF power supply operating at a first frequency and a second RF power supply operating at a second frequency. The matching network includes a first matching network section for providing an impedance match between the first power supply and the load. The matching network also includes a second matching network section for providing an impedance match between the second power supply and the load. A the first matching network section includes a first variable reactance, and the variable reactance is controlled in accordance with IMD sensed in the signal applied to the load by the first RF power supply. • Patent number: 11244809
Abstract: A frequency tuning impedance matching method includes analyzing a start driving frequency, set by a user, and an RF output signal to vary a driving frequency. Specifically, a next frequency may be predicted using susceptance which is an imaginary part of measured admittance in an n-th pulse. Accordingly, impedance matching may be completed at high speed or an optimal frequency may be reached at high speed.
