  • Publication number: 20160013709
Abstract: In the case of a laminated rotor core 10, insertion of permanent magnets 14 and filling of resin 15 into each of magnet insertion holes 13 are performed in order to cancel out a problem of an imbalanced weight estimated from a deviation of lamination thickness in a circumferential direction of a laminated core body 12, and a manufacturing method includes a step of measuring a deviation of lamination thickness in which an imbalanced weight is estimated by measuring the deviation of lamination thickness in the circumferential direction of the laminated core body 12, and a step of balance adjustment in which the insertion of the permanent magnets 14 into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 and the filling of resin 15 into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 are performed in a manner that cancels out a problem of this imbalanced weight.

  • Publication number: 20150097462
Abstract: A laminated core 10 including a plurality of laminated iron core pieces, each of the iron core pieces being connected in a laminating direction by filling resin in a plurality of resin holes penetrating the laminated core 10 in the laminating direction, and a method for manufacturing the laminated core 10, by making a junction area of an iron core piece (A) 13 and resin larger than a junction area of an iron core piece (U) 14 and resin, the iron core piece (A) 13 being provided on an end in an axial direction, the iron core pieces (U) 14 being arranged at positions other than the end in the axial direction, or by providing locking portions at tip portions of resin, acquired joint strength of the iron core piece (A) 13.

  • Patent number: 8916254
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a laminated core is provided that makes positions of boundary parts of laminated blocks and improves an efficiency of a welding operation of the blocks. The above-described object is achieved by the method of manufacturing the laminated core 10 including a process that forms a plurality of blocks 12 having a plurality of welding parts 13 to 15 of different forms or colors at intervals of prescribed angles in the circumferential direction, a process that laminates the plurality of blocks 12 under a state that the blocks are rotated at intervals of the prescribed angles and a process that welds the welding parts 13 to 15 having the different forms or colors of the laminated blocks 12 to form integrally the plurality of blocks 12.

  • Publication number: 20140124980
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a laminated core, in which while a laminated core body 10 formed by caulking and with permanent magnets 20 inserted in a plurality of magnet insertion holes 17, 18 is held between a resin injection die 23 and a receiving die 22 opposed to each other, resin is injected into the magnet insertion holes 17, 18 from resin reservoir portions provided to the resin injection die 23 to fix the permanent magnets 20, the method comprising: at a time of resin injection, pressing a flat press surface 24 of the resin injection die 23 against caulking portions 13 protruding from a surface of the laminated core body 10 to apply pressure thereto, thereby allowing the surface of the laminated core body 10 whereon the caulking portions 13 are formed to be pressed against the flat press surface 24 so as to prevent resin leakage.

  • Publication number: 20130249346
Abstract: A laminated iron core and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to secure the lamination strength of the respective iron core pieces thereof, and to provide good magnetic efficiency and to reduce a loss. In a laminated iron core including a first caulking section formed in an area thereof having larger magnetic flux density than other area and a second caulking section formed in the other area, the engagement area A of the recessed sub-sections and projecting sub-sections of the first caulking sections of divided iron core pieces adjoining each other in the laminating direction is set smaller than the engagement area B of the recessed sub-sections and projecting sub-sections of the second caulking sections adjoining each other in the laminating direction.
