    Abstract: A battery pack including a battery cell stack of a plurality of battery cells, a cooling member configured to cool the battery cell stack, a heat transfer member configured to discharge heat from the plurality of battery cells to the cooling member, and a housing for battery cell stack, the cooling member, and the heat transfer member. The heat transfer member is provided with a cooling fluid introduction portion and a cooling fluid discharge portion. When the temperature of the battery cell is equal to or lower than a dangerous temperature, it is possible to adjust the temperature of each of the battery cells to a predetermined level, and when the temperature of the battery cell is higher than the dangerous temperature, it is possible to rapidly cool the battery cell.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for compressing video. A set of video frames is partitioned into two subsets of different types of frames, a first type and a second type. The first type of frames of videos is compressed to generate a first representation by a first stage encoder. The first representation is then decoded to reconstruct the first type of frames using a first stage decoder. The second type of frames of video is compressed to generate a second representation that only contains soft edge information by a second stage encoder. A generative model corresponding to a second stage decoder is then trained using the first representation and the reconstructed first type of frames by using a discriminator employed by a machine learning system. After training the generative model, it generates reconstructed first and second types of frames using the soft edge information.

According to an embodiment, it is possible to atomize a liquid into nanometer-level fine particles using the porous thin film including nanometer sized holes. It is possible to precisely adjust the sprayed droplet size by setting the shape, size and cycle of the nozzle in the manufacturing process, and it is possible to selectively increase the strength of the mesh by growing the metal material in the hole of the porous thin film through electroplating.
