    Abstract: The present invention discloses a climbing test bench for scooters, comprising a middle bridge arranged horizontally and above the ground and a first skew bridge and a second skew bridge which are arranged at both ends of the middle bridge; an upper end of the first skew bridge is hinged with one end of the middle bridge, an upper end of the second skew bridge is hinged with the other end of the middle bridge, a lower end of the first skew bridge and a lower end of the second skew bridge are in contact with the ground, respectively; and a lifting device is arranged below the middle bridge, and the lifting device may drive the middle bridge to rise and fall so that the first skew bridge and the second skew bridge form different tilt angles. Due to light weight of a scooter, it is not desired to provide a truss-frame structure. The arrangement of a lifting device can ensure the stability of the present invention.

A described method includes receiving a set of behavioral data associated with a plurality of user devices and identifying multiple cohort groups, each of the cohort groups including one or more of the user devices. The behavioral data includes a behavior metric for each of the user devices and the cohort groups are identified based on the behavior metric for each of the user devices. The method further comprises generating a segmentation interface including a graphical visualization of the multiple cohort groups and causing the segmentation interface to be presented via a user interface device. The method further comprises defining a custom segment of the behavioral data based on a user selection of one or more of the multiple cohort groups via the segmentation interface.

    Abstract: An integrated optical device includes an electro-absorption modulator disposed on a top surface of an optical waveguide. The electro-absorption modulator includes germanium disposed in a cavity between an n-type doped silicon sidewall and a p-type doped silicon sidewall. By applying a voltage between the n-type doped silicon sidewall and the p-type doped silicon sidewall, an electric field can be generated in a plane of the optical waveguide, but perpendicular to a propagation direction of the optical signal. This electric field shifts a band gap of the germanium, thereby modulating the optical signal.

    Abstract: Methods and systems to identify and migrate threads among system nodes based on system performance metrics. An example method disclosed herein includes sampling a performance metric of a computer program thread, the computer program thread executing on a home node of a computer system having multiple nodes, and determining whether the performance metric exceeds a threshold value. The method also includes identifying a remote node associated with a remote memory if the threshold value is exceeded, the remote memory being accessed by the computer program thread, and identifying the computer program thread as a candidate for migration from the home node to the remote node if the threshold value is exceeded. In this way, a computer program thread that frequently accesses a remote memory can be migrated from a home node to a remote node associated with the remote memory to reduce the latency associated with memory accesses performed by the computer program thread and thereby improve system performance.

    Abstract: A hybrid optical source that provides an optical signal having a wavelength is described. This hybrid optical source comprises an optical amplifier (such as a III-V semiconductor optical amplifier) that is butt-coupled or vertically coupled to a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) platform, and which outputs an optical signal. The SOI platform comprises an optical waveguide that conveys the optical signal. A temperature-compensation element included in the optical waveguide compensates for temperature dependence of the indexes of refraction of the optical amplifier and the optical waveguide. In addition, a reflector, included in or in-line with the optical waveguide and after the temperature-compensation element, reflects a portion of the optical signal and transmits another portion of the optical signal that has the wavelength.
