    Abstract: A beam current transmission system and method are disclosed. The beam current transmission system comprises an extraction device, a mass analyzer, a divergent element, a collimation element and a speed change and turning element, wherein an analysis plane of the mass analyzer is perpendicular to a convergent plane of the extracted beam, and after entering an entrance, the beam is converged on a convergent point in a plane perpendicular to the analysis plane, and then is diverged from the convergent point and transmitted to the divergent element from an exit; the collimation element is used for parallelizing the beam in a transmission plane of the beam; and the speed change and turning element is used for enabling the beam to change speed so as to achieve a target energy while the beam is deflected so that the transmission direction of the beam changes by a first pre-set angle.

    Abstract: A high-temperature operating fuel cell system includes a reformer that produces a reformed gas from air and a raw material, an air supplier that supplies the air to the reformer, a fuel cell that generates electricity with the reformed gas and air, a combustor in which unutilized portions of the reformed gas and the air burn, a combustion exhaust gas path of a combustion exhaust gas, a depurator including a combustion catalyst for freeing the combustion exhaust gas of toxic substances, a heater that heats the combustion catalyst, and a controller. At start-up in a case of having detected an abnormal stoppage in which a purge operation is impossible, the controller first controls the heater so that the combustion catalyst is heated to a predetermined temperature and then controls the air supplier so that the high-temperature operating fuel cell system is purged by supplying the air to the reformer.

Compared with a linear motor, the planar motor can provide push forces in more directions, the number of motors is reduced, the structure of the movable platform is more compact, the inherent frequency and the control bandwidth of the movable platform are improved, and thus control precision is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses single-walled carbon nanotubes horizontal arrays with ultra-high density and the preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: loading a catalyst on a single crystal growth substrate; after annealing, introducing hydrogen into a chemical vapor deposition system to conduct a reduction reaction of the catalyst; and maintaining the introduction of the hydrogen to conduct the orientated growth of a single-walled carbon nanotube. The density of the ultra-high density single-walled carbon nanotube horizontal array obtained by this method exceeds 130 tubes/micrometer, and an electrical performance test is performed on the prepared ultra-high density single-walled carbon nanotube horizontal array shows a high on-current density of 380 ?A/?m, and the transconductance of 102.5 ?S/?m.
