    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of operating a communication network. The method includes receiving input data related to a state of the communication network and operation of the communication network. The method then includes determining a policy for the communication network based on the input data. The policy is a set of features for forming a plurality of communication links in the communication network over a time interval. The plurality of communication links provides one or more paths through the communication network. Determining the policy is based at least in part on utility values of previous policies. The utility values of previous policies are derived using simulation and/or real-world implementation of the previous policies. The communication network is then operated to implement the policy in the time interval.

The operations include determining whether the removable storage device is valid for use with the medical device. If the removable storage device is determined to be valid, the authorization data is accessed. The processing device determines whether the treatment is authorized based on the accessed authorization data. If the treatment is determined to be authorized, the treatment module is controlled to apply the treatment. If the treatment is determined to not be authorized, the treatment module is controlled such that the treatment is not applied.

    Abstract: A device for measuring short-wavelength characteristic X-ray diffraction based on array detection, and a measurement and analysis method based on the device are provided. An array detector of the device only detects and receives a diffraction ray which is diffracted by a material of a to-be-measured part inside a sample and passes through a through hole of a receiving collimator, and rays passing through a positioning hole. The to-be-measured part inside the sample is placed at the center of the diffractometer circle of the device. The method is performed with the device. With the present disclosure, a diffraction pattern of a part inside the sample with a centimeter thickness, i.e. Debye rings, can be rapidly and non-destructively measured, thereby rapidly and non-destructively measuring and analyzing crystal structures, and its crystal structural change of the part inside the sample, such as phase, texture, and stress.

The prism apparatus includes a bearing frame, a supporting member, a prism installed, shape memory alloy wires connected between the supporting member and the bearing frame and configured to drive the supporting member to rotate with respect to the bearing frame, and a restoring device connected between the supporting member and the bearing frame and configured to restore the supporting member. In the present invention, the shape memory alloy wires are used to drive the supporting member and the prism, such that the prism can automatically correct the angle, thereby improving the imaging quality. Moreover, the original electromagnetic drive is replaced with the shape memory alloy wires, which reduces a manufacturing cost of the prism apparatus applied to the periscope lens module, thereby achieving a mass production of the periscope lens module.

    Abstract: A lens module is disclosed. In the lens module, each group of shape memory alloy wires comprises two ends fixed to one of a base and a lens base, and a drive end located between the two ends, the other one of the base and the lens base is provided with a fixing member. The drive end is connected to the fixing member. The fixing member is provided with a flapper for preventing the drive end from escaping the fixing member. By adding a flapper to the fixing member, it may effectively prevent the shape memory alloy wires from escaping the fixing member. Besides, when one group of shape memory alloy wires operates, it does not result in extra stress to other groups of shape memory alloy wires, thereby prolonging service life of the shape memory alloy wires.
