  • Publication number: 20200030453
Abstract: A method for preparing an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). In particular, the method mainly utilizes a combination of antibody biomolecules and an ion exchange carrier through electrostatic interaction to realize solid phase preparation of an ADC drug. Elution conditions are optimized, to control a drug-to-antibody coupling ratio (DAR) and separate a polymer-coupled drug, reduce the amount of a drug used in a coupling reaction, and enhance the targeted therapeutic effect of an ADC drug. The preparation method features fewer steps, simple operation, and programmable control, facilitating industrial scale-up production, and also realizing zero retention of reducing agents and organic solvents in the preparation process, significantly improving drug safety and reducing production costs.

  • Publication number: 20190300324
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fluid-controlled wire tension mechanism including a sealed container, a control valve, and a delivery spool. The sealed container has a space. The control valve is coupled to the sealed container to control fluid pressure in the space. The delivery spool is coupled to the sealed container with a compression end and a reel. The compression end is placed in the space, and the reel is located outside the sealed container to send out a cutting wire. Wherein, a fluid enters the space and applies pressure on the compression end. The present invention utilizes the fluid pressure to produce the rotating impedance to the delivery spool, so that the component is wear-proof, the line tension is easily controlled and the stream of the cutting wire can be stable for a long time. Therefore, the cutting effect and the shape are more precise.

  • Publication number: 20190190311
Abstract: A power bypass apparatus with a current-sharing function includes at least two bypass switch assemblies and a control unit. Each bypass switch assembly includes a controllable switch, a cooling unit, and a temperature detection unit. Each the temperature detection unit, correspondingly disposed to a heat-dissipating unit, detects a temperature value of the controllable switch to produce a temperature detection signal. The control unit receives the temperature detection signals and outputs at least two switch control signals to control at least one of the controllable switches or outputs at least two cooling unit control signals to control at least one of the cooling units, thus making currents flowing through the controllable switches identical. Accordingly, it is to increase overall efficiency of a power system and implement current-sharing function of the power system providing high power.

  • Patent number: 10211637
Abstract: A method is proposed for real-time economic dispatch in power system operation, especially in systems that include renewable power sources that may cause heavy deviations from a generation schedule due to their uncertain outputs. According to the method an optimal generation schedule is obtained based on forecasted load data. This schedule has to be adjusted if the actual load and renewable energy source outputs unexpectedly deviate from the forecasted value. An algorithm employed in the method is capable of dictating generation adjustments which minimize total generation costs. The algorithm is a modification of the base point and participation factor method. It differs from existing methods in that a precise model of transmission losses is adopted in the algorithm to achieve higher accuracy in optimization. The proposed method also has significant advantage in execution speed so that it is suitable for real-time operation.

  • Patent number: 7723163
Abstract: A method of forming a pre-molded lead frame having increased stand-offs includes the steps of attaching a first tape to a first side of the lead frame and a second tape to a second side of the lead frame. The taped lead frame is placed in a mold and a first flow of mold compound is initiated. The first flow of the mold compound fills a space between the first tape and an upper mold chase of the mold. A second flow of the mold compound then is initiated. The second flow of the mold compound fills the spaces between a die pad and leads of the lead frame. The first and second tapes then are removed from the lead frame. Improved stand-offs are provided because the first tape was depressed by the first flow of the mold compound.
