The synthesis process is simple and easy for industrialization. The bile acid-metronidazole conjugate can effectively inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria, especially the growth of Clostridioides difficile and Helicobacter pylori, so that the bile acid-metronidazole conjugate has a significantly improved therapeutic effect in the treatment of infections caused by the anaerobic bacteria.
