    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure belongs to the technical field of animal feed and provides a method for rapidly evaluating metabolizable energy of goose diet by using a technique of simulative digestion gross energy. By using the technical means combining the biological method and the simulative digestion gross energy technique, metabolizable energy of goose feed can be evaluated quickly. Based on the “stomach-small intestine” two-step enzymatic methods, it is the first time to establish a regression equation between the metabolizable energy change and fiber level in the cecum to rectify the value of simulative digestion gross energy in the cecal microbial digestion phase, making the simulative digestion gross energy technique more reasonable in the assessment of metabolizable energy in geese. Results show that the use of simulative digestion gross energy technique to assess the metabolizable energy of goose feed value is highly feasible.

The stable dispersant obtained by means of the described preparation method has a multi-active site anchoring function, and is applied to the synthesis of copolymer polyols to obtain copolymer polyols having relatively uniform particle size.

The preparation method of the macromonomeric stabilizer comprises the following steps: reacting a polyol with a tricarboxylate not comprising a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond, or a derivative thereof, to form an adduct; and reacting the resulting adduct with an epoxide comprising a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond. The macromonomeric stabilizer of the present invention has a low viscosity, comprises a plurality of active sites, and can be directly used in subsequent reactions. The preparation method of the macromonomeric stabilizer can be carried out under normal pressure, without the need for end-blocking with ethylene oxide.

The automatic classification method includes steps: S1: dividing the WSIs for the cervical tissue pathology into small pieces having set size, gathering the small pieces of each WSI into a packet, and removing blank pieces in the packets; S2: building a deep CNN model; S3: training the deep CNN for designated rounds; S4: performing sequential arrangement and connection to obtain feature vectors of WSIs by using the trained deep CNN as the feature extractor; S5: training a support vector machine classifier; and S6: processing the WSIs for the cervical tissue pathology, to be classified, through step S1 and step S4 to obtain the feature vectors of the images, and inputting the feature vectors into the trained support vector machine classifier to realize classification.

    Abstract: A method for preparing IPP- and VPP-rich hydrolysate from wheat gluten protein by enzymatic hydrolysis is disclosed, comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving wheat gluten protein in an alkaline solution, and performing ultrasonic treatment; (2) adding the alkaline protease to the wheat gluten protein solution to hydrolyze; (3) adjusting the pH value of the alkaline hydrolysate to neutral or weakly acidic, and adding protease to hydrolyze, and inactivating the enzyme at a high temperature; (4) centrifuging the hydrolysate to obtain the supernatant, and ultrafiltrating with an ultrafiltration membrane; (5) decolorizing and debitterizing the permeate using a macroporous resin; (6) after the debittered and decolorized liquid is adsorbed by an ion exchange resin, eluting the ion exchange resin and drying, to obtain a powder of IPP- and VPP-rich hydrolysate. The preparation method has a high protein recovery rate, with rich IPP and VPP in the hydrolysate.

To support a reliable array response for wideband communications, a base station may configure a set of transmission instances for a set of signals distributed across a wideband carrier bandwidth. At least one transmission instance of the set of transmission instances may be configured in each sub-band of the carrier bandwidth. The base station may transmit the set of signals in the configured transmission instances to a user equipment (UE). The UE may receive the set of signals distributed across the carrier bandwidth and may measure, for the signals, a set of signal measurements corresponding to the set of sub-bands. Based on the signal measurements, the UE may determine a set of communication beams for the set of sub-bands. Using one or more of the determined communication beams, the UE may communicate with the base station in the carrier bandwidth.

CCL20 can be used in combination with other IL23 pathway biomarkers such as IL22 and/or lipocalin-2 (LCN2).
