    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station and a user equipment (UE) may communicate in a high reliability and low latency communications system (e.g., ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC)). The base station may signal a UE-specific scheduling request (SR) repetition configuration that the UE may utilize to transmit an instantaneous SR when a buffer status report (BSR) is triggered by a new data packet. The UE may repeatedly transmit the SR until a number of repetitions or a time period of repetitions is met or an uplink grant is received from the base station. The SR repetition configuration may include a number of parameters including a repetition setting, power settings, a resource allocation, and an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) procedure.

    Abstract: A cleaning device for a floor mopping machine comprises a bucket body for containing water, wherein a water removal member and a water feeding mechanism for conveying water from the bucket body to a wiping object of a floor mopping machine are arranged in the bucket body. During cleaning, the water feeding mechanism runs to convey water to the wiping object; and when water is removed, the water feeding mechanism stops running, and the wiping object of the floor mopping machine is wiped with the water removal member. Power of the water feeding mechanism is used for water feeding, and a wiping head is automatically cleaned, and can be wiped dry without any other operation after being cleaned; and the cleaning device is simple in structure, portable to use, less prone to damage and can be freely switched between a cleaning mode and a wipe-drying mode.

In a random access (RACH) procedure, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first RACH message (e.g., RACH Message A (MsgA)) to a base station, which may include an indication of a modulation order, a maximum number of repetitions for RACH Message B (MsgB) data, or both. The base station may multiplex random access responses (RARs) for UEs into second RACH messages (e.g., RACH MsgBs) based on the indication(s) and may transmit these RACH MsgBs. The UE may receive and decode a downlink control information (DCI) portion of a RACH MsgB but may determine not to decode the data portion of the RACH MsgB if an indication in the DCI of the modulation order, the threshold number of repetitions, or both does not match the value reported by the UE. Otherwise, the UE may decode the full RACH MsgB.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to use of a GP73 inhibitor in preparation of a drug for treating diabetes. In the embodiments of the present invention, the inventor finds that GP73 plays a key role in blood glucose regulation, and in particular, finds that soluble GP73 can specifically bind to glucagon to form a complex, enhances the blood glucose-rising function and gluconeogenesis function of glucagon and prolongs the half-life of glucagon; and finds soluble GP73 can activate the glucose production in liver and/or kidney and a gluconeogenesis signaling pathway in a glucagon-independent manner. Based on the blood glucose regulation effect of the GP73 described above, the inventor also proves through animal experiments: the GP73 inhibitor can reduce the blood glucose level and glycated hemoglobin level of diabetic mice and have a protective effect on islet ? cells, and thereby having the effect of treating diabetes.

A plurality of evaluation models for evaluating an observation sample is generated based on the hierarchical relationship according to a predefined group of membership functions and a predefined group of fuzzy operators. An evaluation model is selected for a further evaluation from the plurality of evaluation models based on a plurality of confidence intervals for the plurality of evaluation models. With these embodiments, the evaluation model may be obtained in an easy and more effective way.
