The method comprises: determining a synchronous training sequence on the basis of a frame structure of downhole sent data; constructing a correlation between the down-hole sending synchronous training sequence waveform and the uphole synchronous training sequence local waveform by means of the irrelevance of the trigonometric function; and performing correlation calculation on the synchronous training codeword waveform, which is received uphole and is subjected to the first modulation, and the synchronous training sequence local waveform, which is subjected to the second modulation, so as to obtain a correlation curve, and finding a synchronous position by means of the correlation curve.

    Abstract: A heat-resistant protective member and a battery are disclosed. The heat-resistant protective member includes a compound layer, and the compound layer includes a fiber matrix and a resin. The resin is dispersed in pores of the fiber matrix and/or a surface of the fiber matrix, and a volume proportion of the fiber matrix in the compound layer is 50% to 75%. In this way, the thermal shock when a battery cell is ignited and exploded can be resisted, and the structural integrity can still be maintained without being broken through under the thermal shock, thereby providing effective heat insulation and protection for a battery pack.

    Abstract: A gene related to biosynthesis of ergothioneine is provided. Based on five synthesis genes of ergothioneine in Mycobacteroides abscessus, only an encoding sequence of each of the five genes is retained, and a gene structure of an encoding region in each gene is optimized to obtain genes related to the biosynthesis of the ergothioneine that are stably expressed in rice. These genes have sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 5, and encoded proteins thereof have amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6 to SEQ ID NO: 10. The gene is transferred into rice to construct a transgenic rice molecular farm to produce the ergothioneine. As a molecular farm, rice seeds do not contain alkaloids or allergens that are harmful to the human body. Moreover, biosynthesized ergothioneine shows the advantages of easy extraction and processing and of low production cost.
