    Abstract: Embodiments relate to a die package featuring a sputtered metal shield to reduce Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). According to a particular embodiment, a die featuring a top surface exposed by surrounding Molded Underfill (MUF) material, is subjected to metal sputtering. The resulting sputtered metal shield is in direct physical and thermal contact with the die, and is in electrical contact with a substrate supporting the die (e.g., to provide shield grounding). Specific embodiments may be particularly suited to reducing the EMI of a package containing an electro-optic die, to between 3-15 dB. The conformal nature and small thickness of the sputtered metal shield desirably conserves space and reduces package footprint. Direct physical contact between the shield and the die surface exposed by the MUF, enhances thermal communication (e.g., reducing junction temperature). According to certain embodiments, the sputtered metal shield comprises a stainless steel liner, copper, and a stainless steel coating.

    Abstract: A CNN operates on the disparity or motion outputs of a block matching hardware module, such as a DMPAC module, to produce refined disparity or motion streams which improve operations in images having ambiguous regions. As the block matching hardware module provides most of the processing, the CNN can be small and thus able to operate in real time, in contrast to CNNs which are performing all of the processing. In one example, the CNN operation is performed only if the block hardware module output confidence level is below a predetermined amount. The CNN can have a number of different configurations and still be sufficiently small to operate in real time on conventional platforms.

    Abstract: An application of a transgenic stem cell-derived exosome in preparing a medicament or whitening cosmetic is provided. In the present disclosure, miR-27b-3p is transfected into an epidermal stem cell, and a transgenic stem cell-derived exosome is harvested. It is experimentally verified that the exosome can inhibit the expression of PIK3R3 protein in melanocytes and the proliferation and migration of melanocytes; and safety experiments further demonstrate the safety of the exosome. Therefore, corresponding medicaments or cosmetics prepared from the exosome have excellent medicinal and cosmetic application prospects.
