The method also includes depositing a shallow-trench isolation (STI) material on the substrate. Depositing the STI material includes depositing a first portion of the STI material in contact with the first sidewall and depositing a second portion of the STI material in contact with the second sidewall. The method also includes performing a first etching process on the STI material to etch the first portion of the STI material at a first etching rate and the second portion of the STI material at a second etching rate greater than the first etching rate. The method also includes performing a second etching process on the STI material to etch the first portion of the STI material at a third etching rate and the second portion of the STI material at a fourth etching rate less than the third etching rate.

    Abstract: An application of a transgenic stem cell-derived exosome in preparing a medicament or whitening cosmetic is provided. In the present disclosure, miR-27b-3p is transfected into an epidermal stem cell, and a transgenic stem cell-derived exosome is harvested. It is experimentally verified that the exosome can inhibit the expression of PIK3R3 protein in melanocytes and the proliferation and migration of melanocytes; and safety experiments further demonstrate the safety of the exosome. Therefore, corresponding medicaments or cosmetics prepared from the exosome have excellent medicinal and cosmetic application prospects.

The AGV motion control information and the device operation information are generated by the AGV system based on the sensor data and the device state. The motion of the virtual AGV and the virtual device is controlled in the emulation environment based on the AGV motion control information and the device operation information, respectively. Time and effort spent by a deployment engineer on deployment and debugging are reduced, factory downtime is decreased, and an entire AGV system and an AGV sensor can be validated.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for solid-state 2D optical phased arrays (OPAs), which are fabricated from In-rich In1-xGaxN/GaN multiple quantum wells (MQWs). In-rich InxGa1-xN alloys possess the unique properties of exceptionally high free-carrier-induced refractive index (n) change and low optical loss. InGaN/GaN MQW pixels play the role of using a very small fraction of a laser beam to modulate the phase of the laser beam. The phase of each MQW pixel in the OPA is controlled independently via electro-optic effect through the integration between OPA pixels with a Laterally Diffused MOSFET (LDMOS) integrated circuit driver to achieve the manipulation of the distribution of optical power in the far field. The present invention is applicable to a wide range of applications, including the operation of LIDAR systems, laser weapons, laser illuminators, and laser imaging systems.
