Abstract: In one embodiment according to the principle of this present invention, a communication IC embeds a plurality of network function modules; at least one hardware module interface provides a plurality of interfaces where a plurality of hardware modules can be coupled, said hardware modules comprise secret keys corresponding to their functionalities: a second memory device stores a plurality of software modules and at least one software key, said software key corresponds to at least one function of said software modules: a general network module couples to said bus and comprises general module key corresponding to their functionalities in the system: and/or a first memory device stores at least one hardware key, said hardware key corresponds to at least one of said network function modules.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a distributed network security system. At least one probe unit is distributed in links before at least one end-node within a network, the probe units are adapted to provide a plurality of network securities and/or management means for the network and a plurality of management units couples to the network, the plurality of management units are adapted to manage the probe units, wherein the plurality of management units includes a central master unit and a plurality of boss units. The plurality of network and management measures can be directly applied to specific end-nodes, such as communication policing, content filtering and monitoring. These probe units are configured through a central master unit and each of the probe units may have different configurations according to the demand of network administrators.

Abstract: A slide-type cylinder coupling which is suitable for the quick connect/disconnect attachment of a lift piston on a pedestal lift cylinder to a lift pedestal on a load cup or HCLU station of a chemical mechanical polishing apparatus. The cylinder coupling includes a coupling bolt which is provided on the lift piston and a coupling bracket which is provided on the bottom surface of the lift pedestal. The coupling bolt is slidably inserted in the coupling bracket to removably connect the lift cylinder to the lift pedestal. The coupling bolt is slidably removed from the coupling bracket to disconnect the lift cylinder from the lift pedestal for replacement or maintenance of the lift cylinder.

Abstract: A self-cleaning apparatus for use in a chemical mechanical polishing tool. The apparatus includes a slurry-dispensing arm with a first end suspended over a polishing pad, and a second end for mounting to the chemical mechanical polishing tool. A slurry-dispensing nozzle is positioned under the first end for dispensing a polishing slurry against the polishing pad. The first end has a compound slanted top surface, a front face and adjoining side surfaces. The compound slanted top surface forms a longitudinal peak slanting from center to both sides and from the back end to the front face. The top surface of the first end has a liquid distribution manifold that is mounted distally from the front face and has a plurality of nozzles directed to spray deionized water to wash away slurry splatter from surfaces of the first end of the slurry dispensing arm during the water polishing cycle.

Abstract: The present invention provides a novel lamp removal tool which can be used to advantageously remove a hot lamp from a lamp module that has limited access space by not requiring the cool-down of the system such that a burned-out lamp can be quickly removed and replaced causing minimal impact on the fabrication process.

Abstract: A rocking chair has two side panels each of which has an engaging hole and a plurality of positioning holes, a first bar and a second bar connected between the two side panels. A footrest has two side plates pivotally connected to the two side panels by a rod extending through the engaging holes and the side plates, each of the two side plates having a match holes so that the footrest is positioned relative to the two side panels by extending two pins through the positioning holes and the match holes. The two side plates can be rested on the first bar. Each of the two side plates has a notch defined therein so that the footrest can be folded between the two side panels by engaging the second bar with the two notches.

Abstract: A double tire inflation balancer and tire pressure indicator including a main body, a tire pressure indicator and an inflation tube. The tire pressure indicator is disposed in the main body and the main body is connected to the tire valve by an inflation hose. A pair of one-way valves formed by the round head rods and the small springs are provided in the main body, during inflation, the air first goes into the tire with less tire pressure. After the pressure of the inner tire is equalized with that of the outer tire, the two tires are then simultaneously inflated until the tire pressure reaches a normal pressure value. A transmission piston of the tire pressure indicator is compressed by the air, whereby a user can observe three indications of red, green and yellow colors of the front end of the transmission piston. The red color indicates insufficient tire pressure, the green color indicates normal tire pressure, while the yellow color indicates excessive tire pressure.
