Abstract: A system and method for improving the performance and reducing costs of a program by automatically provisioning and managing proper memory pool cell size adaptive to each executing application. By collecting time series of historical data on the memory pool usage of applications over a period of time, respective time-series prediction models are used to process the data to predict the allocation size for applications and in particular, a predicted number of allocations and a respective predicted allocation cell size. A clustering-based method is further applied to predict the allocation size for applications, using real time execution to do scaling, complement and interpolation. A method runs a further time-series prediction model trained to predict, based on the predicted memory cell size and one or more application profile features associated with the requesting application, a tuning parameter to refine the memory pool storage area size used for handling memory allocation requests.

The silicate modified manganese-based material has a nanoscale needle like structure, and is prepared from a solution containing a manganese source and a soluble silicate source through an oxidation-reduction reaction and then a hydrothermal reaction. The manganese source includes a divalent manganese source and a heptavalent manganese source, with Mn (II) and Mn (VII) in a molar ratio of 0.5-5.5 to 1. The present disclosure uses silicate to regulate manganese oxides, significantly reducing the particle size of the manganese-based material, generating manganese vacancies, and changing the surface manganese valence state. An advanced oxidation system formed by the silicate modified manganese-based material and an oxidant has high removal rate and reaction rate for various organic compounds.

The electronic package includes an encapsulating layer encapsulating a plurality of conductive pillars and an interposer board that has through-silicon vias. An electronic component is disposed on the encapsulating layer and electrically connected to the conductive pillars and the through-silicon vias. The conductive pillars act as an electric transmission path of a portion of electric functions of the electronic component. Therefore, the number of the through-silicon vias is reduced, and the fabrication time and chemical agent cost are reduced. Also, the through silicon interposer of a large area can be replaced by a smaller one, and the yield is increased. Further, a method of fabricating an electronic package is provided.
