An embodiment operates by receiving category candidates over a network, wherein each of the category candidates comprises content candidates associated with one or more applications operating on media devices. The embodiment then ranks the category candidates based on a machine model trained using a learning algorithm based on the time series data, and ranks the content candidates in the each of category candidates based on the time series data. The embodiment then causes the ranked category candidates and the ranked content candidates to be outputted for display.

    Abstract: An ultrasound imaging system may acquire an image of a liver. The liver may be segmented from the image. Parameters, such as image homogeneity map, intensity probability chart, and/or speckle size diagram, may be extracted from the liver portion of the image. The parameters may be used to determine whether fatty liver deposits are diffuse or inhomogeneous. In some examples, inhomogeneous regions may be excluded from the calculation of liver fat quantification measurements. In some examples, the inhomogeneous regions may be displayed so that a user may select a region of interest that excludes the inhomogeneous regions to calculate the liver fat quantification measurements.

    Abstract: Provided are a water-soluble Pd(II) complex, a synthesis method thereof and use thereof as a catalytic precursor. The complex has a chemical name, ammonium dinitrooxalato palladium (II), and a molecular formula of (NH4)2[Pd(NO2)2(C2O4)]·nH2O (n is the number of crystal water). The Pd(II) complex is synthesized by using PdCl2 or [Pd(NH3)2Cl2] as a starting material which is firstly converted into [Pd(NH3)4]Cl2 in ammonium hydroxide, followed by a chemical reaction between [Pd(NH3)4]Cl2 and excessive NaNO2 to produce trans-[Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2] via ligand substitution mechanism, and finally dissolving trans-[Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2] in an aqueous solution of oxalic acid leads to the formation of the target product (NH4)2[Pd(NO2)2(C2O4)]·2H2O. The complex does not contain chlorine and other elements that are harmful to a catalyst, is readily soluble in water and has a low thermal decomposition temperature.

    Abstract: A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a kit for detecting microsatellite instability and a method therefor. The kit includes a negative control, a plurality of qPCR reaction solutions, a qPCR premix and a sterile enzyme-free water; the plurality of qPCR reaction solutions includes 6 pairs of upstream primers and downstream primers of which the MSI mutation site is amplified, and a reference probe for the internal reference and a detection probe for the mutation site. The difference between the amplification of the gene and the gene at the mutation site of the samples and the negative control is used to detect the microsatellite instability. The method and kit as provided is easy and simple without the need of normal tissues being a control, and the need to open the cap. By doing so, aerosol pollution is avoided and sample supplies are conserved.

The first sensor is used to collect vibration excitation information, namely, an incident signal, and the second sensor is used to collect information of the detected object, namely, a vibration signal. Both the first sensor and the second sensor are connected to the controller. The elastic wave radar detection device and method provided by the present disclosure can receive vibration excitation information and introduce a standard incident signal, so as to achieve the uniformity of signals and improve the detection accuracy.

The electroluminescent device containing at least two different p-type dopants in the first organic layer in the hole transporting region can maintain a high external quantum efficiency and achieve the great reduction in voltages and the significant improvement in lifetimes, thereby improving the comprehensive performance of the device.     Abstract: The invention relates to a fault diagnosis method for a rolling bearing under variable working conditions. Based on a convolutional neural network, a transfer learning algorithm is combined to handle the problem of the reduced universality of deep learning models. Data acquired under different working conditions is segmented to obtain samples. The samples are preprocessed by using FFT. Low-level features of the samples are extracted by using improved ResNet-50, and a multi-scale feature extractor analyzes the low-level features to obtain high-level features as inputs of a classifier. In a training process, high-level features of training samples and test samples are extracted, and a conditional distribution distance between them is calculated as a part of a target function for backpropagation to implement intra-class adaptation, thereby reducing the impact of domain shift, to enable a deep learning model to better carry out fault diagnosis tasks.
