    Abstract: The invention discloses a nozzle structure for a quick freezer, including a plurality of conical diversion channels, a plurality of jet channel, a plurality of hemispherical nozzles and a steel belt. The nozzle structure is a funnel-shaped structure formed by the conical diversion channel, the jet channel and the hemispherical nozzle. The nozzle structure of the present invention can effectively improve flow area at the cross-flow direction, and a fluid buffer area is formed between two adjacent nozzles, which can reduce the cross-flow effect, and improve the heat exchange rate of the surface of the steel belt, thereby reducing the freezing time of food, improving the freezing efficiency of the quick freezer, and reducing the energy consumption.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to refrigerated trucks, more particularly to a front-mounted external cold air intake system for a large refrigerated truck, including a refrigerated compartment, an indoor chiller unit, an outdoor chiller unit, a front-mounted air duct, air outlets, horizontal louvers, folding elbows, windshields, blade control knobs, filters, covers, wind deflectors and blades. In the front-mounted cold air intake system, the front-mounted air duct introduces outdoor cold air into the refrigerated compartment, and transmits and distributes the cold air through the air outlets. Moreover, the air window structures formed by the horizontal shutters, the folding elbows and the windshields are used for discharging air, so as to stabilize the pressure in the refrigerated compartment. The system of the present invention uses outdoor cold air to effectively cool the compartment allowing for energy saving of the refrigerated truck.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to refrigerated trucks, more particularly to a refrigerated truck with side doors, including a refrigerated compartment, a chiller, a partition plate, glass plates, top plates, rotating shafts, side doors, support plates, air curtains, floors, base plates, slots, recessed handles, rails, moveable windows, moving handles and grooves. In the refrigerated truck with side doors of the present invention, doors are arranged on both sides of the refrigerated compartment, and the air curtains are used, which effectively reduces the amount of cold air loss and hot air intrusion, thereby reducing energy consumption of the chiller. Moreover, the support plates are configured to play an auxiliary role in both bearing load and keeping the balance. The present invention makes a contribution to energy saving of the refrigerated truck.

Described herein are methods of inducing cell death in a rapidly dividing cell comprising contacting a rapidly dividing cell with an agent that reduces phosphorylation at threonine 3 of histone 3 (H3T3P), thereby inducing cell cycle arrest followed by cell death. In some cases, the rapidly dividing cell is a tumor cell, e.g., a cancer cell. The agent that reduces phosphorylation of H3T3P comprises an H3T3A mutant protein, e.g., a mutant transgenic protein. Described herein is a kit for arresting cell cycle comprising an agent that reduces phosphorylation H3T3P.
