    Abstract: An overcurrent fault detector using a High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) operated by a gate driver is disclosed. The overcurrent fault detector includes a band-pass filter and a control circuit. The band-pass filter is configured to receive gate-to-source voltage (VGS) signals of the HEMT and filter the VGS signals to generate a band-limited version of the VGS signals. The control circuit is configured to measure a value of the band-limited version of the VGS signals, determine if the value is greater than a threshold value, and generate a fault signal that disables the gate driver and terminates an overcurrent fault condition in response to determining that the value is greater than the threshold value.

The metal material may be formed by two or more cycles that include delivering a forward current from a power supply through the plating bath of the electroplating chamber for a first period of time, plating a first amount of the metal on the bottom surface of the opening on the patterned substrate and a second amount of the metal on the sidewall surfaces of the opening, and delivering a reverse current from the power supply through the plating bath of the electroplating chamber to remove some of the metal plated in the opening on the patterned substrate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides novel and improved IL-15 fusion proteins for use in the treatment of cancer and other disorders. In various embodiments, the fusion proteins of the invention have two functional domains: an IL-15/IL-15R?Sushi domain (also referred to herein as an “IL-15/IL-15R?Sushi complex”) and an antibody domain, each of which can take different forms, and configured such that the IL-15 is fused to the C-terminal of the antibody domain and co-expressed and non-covalently complexed with IL-15R?Sushi. Importantly, the fusions proteins of the present invention address several of the limitations observed with the IL-15 therapeutics evaluated to date; specifically, the fusion proteins demonstrate extended the half-life of IL-15 in vivo, and demonstrate optimized preclinical activity compared to rIL-15 or related cytokine therapeutics.

    Abstract: A fill limit vent valve for a fuel system includes a housing assembly, an outlet port and a flow dam. The housing assembly has a main housing including a cylindrical body and an upper housing portion. The upper housing portion has a lower wall that defines an orifice and an outer cylindrical wall that defines an upper housing chamber. The outlet port is formed on the main housing and fluidly communicates fuel vapor out of the fill limit valve. The orifice is offset from a centerpoint of the lower wall in a direction away from the outlet port. The flow dam extends from the lower wall into the upper housing chamber and connects on opposite ends to the outer cylindrical wall. The flow dam and upper housing chamber cooperating to form a liquid trap that mitigates the possibility of liquid fuel from reaching the outlet port from the orifice.
