    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for increasing the fidelity of measured genetic data, for making allele calls, and for determining the state of aneuploidy, in one or a small set of cells, or from fragmentary DNA, where a limited quantity of genetic data is available. Poorly or incorrectly measured base pairs, missing alleles and missing regions are reconstructed using expected similarities between the target genome and the genome of genetically related individuals. In accordance with one embodiment, incomplete genetic data from an embryonic cell are reconstructed at a plurality of loci using the more complete genetic data from a larger sample of diploid cells from one or both parents, with or without haploid genetic data from one or both parents. In another embodiment, the chromosome copy number can be determined from the measured genetic data, with or without genetic information from one or both parents.

    Abstract: An in-memory computing circuit having reconfigurable logic, including: an input stage and N output stages which are cascaded. The input stage includes 2N STT-MTJs. Each output stage includes STT-MTJs, of which a quantity is equal to a half of a quantity of STT-MTJs in a just previous stage. Two STT-MTJs in the previous stage and one STT-MTJ in the subsequent stage form a double-input single-output in-memory computing unit. Each double-input single-output in-memory computing unit can implement the four logical operations, i.e., NAND, NOR, AND, and OR, under different configurations. Data storage and logical operations can be realized under the same circuit architecture, and reconfigurations among different logic can be achieved.

The polypeptide is composed of polypeptide molecules with a molecular weight of (1.48±0.2)×105 g/mol, a thickness of the monolayer is 6.2-9.0 nm, the exposure of primary amino groups on the surface of the monolayer is 9.5-15%, a Zeta potential of the polypeptide monolayer is (?3)?(?9) mV, and a contact angle of the monolayer is (61±1°)-(84±1°). The monolayer can be ultrathin, with a minimum thickness of only about 6.6 nm. The polypeptide monolayer can also be applied to the preparation of a biosensor, which is conductive to increase in limit of detection. The content of primary amino groups on the surface of polypeptide monolayer is conductive to controllability of further chemical modification and laying the foundation for achieving controllable grafting of polysiloxane and biological preparations in the later stage.

Respective prediction results for a plurality of tree models of the tree ensemble are determined based on the plurality of target transformed intervals and respective node hierarchies of the plurality of tree models. A tree ensemble prediction result is determined for the input request based on the determined prediction results of the plurality of tree models.
