Abstract: The present invention provides a biosensing system including a microfluidic-based biosensor designed for both point-of-care testing and a home-based assessment. A method for distinguishing a metastatic sample from a non-metastatic sample in-situ based on an observation of relative distribution of organisms in a biosensor of the present system in response to different test samples through a portable imaging device or an imaging module integrated into a smartphone or mobile device is also provided. Chemotactic preference of the organisms to a sample is quantified by using Raman spectroscopy to generate a profile of target analytes for determination of metastatic status and potential in a particular sample.

Abstract: A foldable screen of an electronic device includes a first display region, a second display region, and a third display region. When the electronic device is in a folded form, an included angle between the first display region and the second display region is less than or equal to a first preset angle. The third display region is disposed between the first display region and the second display region. A touch control method for the electronic device includes detecting a first operation in the third display region and controlling the first display region and/or the second display region. When the electronic device is in the folded form, a primary screen and/or a secondary screen may be controlled by using an operation detected on a side screen.

The energy storage system is monitored, and the operation state of the energy storage system is evaluated by combining with power grid dispatch instructions.

Abstract: A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

The method includes: obtaining a topological relationship of a road junction, where the topological relationship indicates a road associated with the road junction; determining a passing sequence position of a target vehicle at the road junction based on attribute information of the road junction, status information of the target vehicle, and the topological relationship, where the target vehicle is located on an upstream road of the road junction; and indicating, based on the passing sequence position, passing of the target vehicle at the road junction. Abstract: In certain aspects, disclosed herein are methods of treating cancer in a subject, comprising administration to the subject of (1) one or more glucocorticoid receptor agonists and (2) one or more inhibitors of calcineurin. In some embodiments, the administration of the one or more glucocorticoid receptor agonists and the one or more inhibitors of calcineurin results in restoration of contact inhibition, increased formation of intercellular junctions, reduced cell proliferation, and/or increased vacuolization of cells growing in multilayer zones. Included herein are methods for identification of novel compounds that restore contact inhibition in cancer cells.
