    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of detecting zinc pyrithione (ZPT) in a sample such as water, waste water, shampoos, etc. The method includes steps of, (a) contacting the sample with a substrate having a layer of metal nanostructure deposited thereon thereby coating the layer of metal nanostructure of the substrate with the sample; and (b) subjecting the sample coated substrate to Raman spectroscopy analysis; wherein, the presence of peaks at 575, 829, 1136 and 1545 cm?1 in Raman spectrum indicates the presence of ZPT in the sample. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the method may detect ZPT in a concentration ranging from 0.1 ng/mL to 8 ?g/mL.

    Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of composite membrane, and in particular discloses a UIO-66-NH2 doped organosilicon high salinity wastewater treatment membrane and a preparation method thereof. The membrane is formed into UIO-66-NH2/organosilicon hybrid membrane on the prefabricated ceramic support surface through the dip-coating method by doping the UIO-66-NH2 metal-organic framework material into the organosilicon polymeric sol. The UIO-66-NH2/organosilicon hybrid membrane prepared by the present invention exhibits high water permeability (up to 1.6×10?10 m3/(m2 s Pa) and high salt retention (NaCl retention rate is more than 99.9. %) in the application of pervaporation desalination, and maintains stable membrane structure in the treatment process of TDS>5 wt % high salinity wastewater.

    Abstract: A multi-color quantitative magnetic nanoparticle imaging method and system based on trapezoidal wave excitation solves the problem that the existing technology cannot implement multi-color quantitative magnetic particle imaging. The method includes: constructing, based on hysteresis effect and hysteresis inertial growth differences of n superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIOs) under trapezoidal wave excitation, an equation set of quality of n SPIOs in a to-be-tested sample formed by any composition of n SPIO standard products; solving the equation set to obtain the quality distribution of the to-be-tested sample at position r; and performing rearrangement, color assignment, and image merging on the quality distribution to implement multi-color quantitative imaging of various particles in magnetic particle imaging (MPI). The method broadens the functions of MPI to realize multi-color quantitative imaging, such that MPI has greater potential for application in the medical field.

    Abstract: A hysteresis effect-based Field Free Point-Magnetic Particle Imaging (FFP-MPI) method includes the following steps: acquiring a hysteresis loop model of Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (SPIOs); calculating to obtain a Point Spread Function (PSF) of the SPIOs on the basis of a sinusoidal excitation magnetic field and the hysteresis loop model of the SPIOs; acquiring an original reconstructed image of FFP-MPI on the basis an FFP moving track and a voltage signal; performing deconvolution on the original image with respect to the PSF considering an hysteresis effect, so as to obtain a final reconstructed image; the artifacts and phase errors of image reconstruction caused by the hysteresis effect of the SPIOs with large particle sizes are reduced, the deficiency in reconstruction by the traditional reconstruction method that ignores the hysteresis effect is overcome, the reconstruction speed and the resolution are greatly improved, and the application range of the SPIOs is expanded.

The polypropylene polymer compositions are made by combining a first polypropylene polymer with a second polypropylene polymer. The combination of polymers has been found to produce a composition having high stiffness properties in addition to excellent toughness properties. In addition, the polymer composition has good flow properties for being molded into various products and articles. Of particular advantage, the different polypropylene polymers can be produced at relatively high catalyst activity, especially in comparison to high crystalline polymers made in the past.

The second phase polymer contains relatively high amounts of ethylene. The increased amounts of ethylene in the second phase polymer were found to dramatically improve impact resistance at subzero temperatures.

The melt strength modifier can comprise a sorbitol derivative in an amount sufficient to change the melt strength characteristics and properties of the polymer. The polymer composition can be used in thermoforming processes and to produce polymer foams. The melt strength modifier can increase the melt strength of the polymer without having to induce branching in the polypropylene polymer.

    Abstract: An efficient method for preparing a highly-directional highly-dense two-dimensional material film. The method comprises: using a circular tube with a smooth inner surface as a casting mold; and pouring a solution containing a two-dimensional material into the mold when the mold rotates at high speed in a circumferential direction, wherein the solution is uniformly coated on the inner surface of the mold by centrifugal force, the centrifugal rotation generating a shearing force that causes the two-dimensional material to be directionally and regularly arranged layer upon layer in a circumferential direction in the solution, and, the centrifugal force facilitates highly-dense accumulation of the two-dimensional material, thereby obtaining a highly-directional highly-dense two-dimensional material film.
