    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a two-dimensional material detector with an asymmetrically integrated optical microstrip antenna, structurally including a metal reflecting surface, a dielectric spacer layer, a two-dimensional active material layer, a top source electrode, and a drain electrode integrated with a metal strip array. Self-driven photoresponse of a metal/two-dimensional material/metal structure is induced by a Schottky junction formed due to contact between the two-dimensional material and the metal. The asymmetrically integrated optical microstrip antennas break the symmetry between the two contact/two-dimensional material junctions. Light absorption in the contact/two-dimensional material junction integrated with optical patch antennas is significantly enhanced by efficient light in-coupling and intensified light localization; meanwhile, the extended boundary of the contact/two-dimensional material junction enlarges the photocurrent collection area.

The processor is configured to perform feature extraction on an input image to obtain feature maps of N channels; assign a weight to a feature map of each channel among the N channels; perform down-dimension processing on weighted feature maps processed in association with the N channels, to obtain feature maps of M channels and output the feature maps of M channels, M being smaller than N. Hence, by multiplying different feature maps by a weight to obtain corresponding importance and then performing down-dimension processing on the feature maps processed according to the weighting, time for decoding may be reduced.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for the high throughput RNA profiling or sequencing analysis of fixed single cells are provided. The methods and systems utilize barcoded microcarriers comprising a small carrier bead attached to a plurality of molecular barcodes with cleavable linkers, wherein these barcoded microcarriers are then combined in a system (e.g., a sealed system) with a single cell. The molecular barcodes are then released from the carrier beads to anneal to the mRNAs in the cells. Using reverse transcription, barcoded cDNAs is then generated from the mRNAs and the cells are lysed or digested to release the barcoded cDNAs for sequencing.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses Planococcus and a method for improving fermentation quality of a low-salt fish sauce by Planococcus, and relates to the application field of food microbiology technology. The Planococcus strains have been deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under CGMCC NO.17057, CGMCC NO.17058, CGMCC NO.17059, and CGMCC NO.17060. The production cycle of fermented fish sauce using the Planococcus strains is greatly shortened, and the fermentation temperature is reduced. The fish sauce obtained by this method is transparent brown red, and has the unique aroma of aquatic products without impurities such as suspension or flocculent. The finished fish sauce has low salt content and high amino acid nitrogen content (according to the Chinese fish sauce industry standard, the fish sauce is classified as first-grade fish sauce). The contents of total volatile basic nitrogen and histamine are lower than the national standard.

    Abstract: A displacement spring and a rotational spring are arranged on both ends of the multi-segment continuous beam to simulate arbitrary boundary conditions, and a lateral displacement function of the multi-segment continuous beam over a whole segment is constructed. A strain energy, an elastic potential energy of simulated springs at a boundary, a maximum value of a kinetic energy, and a Lagrangian function of the multi-segment continuous beam are calculated. The improved Fourier series of the displacement function is substituted into the Lagrange function. An extreme value of each undetermined coefficient in the improved Fourier series in the Lagrangian function is taken to obtain a system of homogeneous linear equations which is further converted into a matrix. An eigenvalue problem of the standard matrix is solved for to obtain the natural frequency.
