    Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of fructose in preparing a drug for treating a cerebral ischemic stroke, and relates to the technical field of biomedicine. In the present disclosure, an ischemic injury cell model and an ischemic injury animal model are established, and fructose treatment is conducted on the injury models; and it is found that the fructose can regulate energy metabolism and redox metabolism of neurons, and reduce an ischemic injury of model cells and model animals. Specifically, the present disclosure includes: reducing a neuronal mortality after the ischemic injury, reducing an area of cerebral infarction in animals with the ischemic injury, and improving neurobehavioral characteristics of the animals.

To protect the metal member and the gold-containing coating, the metal member and gold-containing coating may be covered with a protective coating layer such as an organic protective layer. The organic protective layer may have a fluoropolymer layer with thiol coupling groups to promote adhesion to the gold-containing layer or may contain a polymer layer with silane and thiol coupling groups that serves as an adhesion promotion layer for an overlapping fluoropolymer layer with silane coupling groups.

    Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. A light shielding layer of the display panel is arranged on a light emitting side of a light emitting layer, and comprises openings corresponding to a light emitting area of the light emitting layer. By combining the light shielding layer with an anti-reflection layer, the present application achieves a function of a conventional polarizer. Therefore, three manufacturing steps for red, green, and blue color resists are omitted, which solves a problem that more manufacturing steps are required in conventional OLED display panels with POL-less technology.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an integrated infrared circular polarization detector with a high extinction ratio and a design method thereof. The detector structurally includes a metal reflective layer, a bottom electrode layer, a quantum well layer, a top electrode layer, and a two-dimensional chiral metamaterial layer. Under circularly polarized light with the selected handedness, surface plasmon polariton waves are generated at the interface between the two-dimensional chiral metamaterial layer and the semiconductor, and has a main electric field component aligned with the absorption direction of the quantum wells, thereby enhancing the absorption of the quantum wells. Under circularly polarized light with the opposite handedness, since most of the optical power is reflected, surface plasmon polariton waves cannot be effectively excited, and the absorption of the quantum wells is extremely low, thus realizing the capability of infrared circular polarization detection with a high extinction ratio.
