Abstract: Disclosed are methods, devices and systems for detecting data traffic path change of UE when it is being served by an Internet application instance running on a mobile edge host, and moves to the coverage area of another mobile edge host in mobile edge computing system. One exemplary method includes receiving an application resource request for a cloud-computing services from a user equipment (UE), and allocating resources at a mobile edge computing platform to the application resource request in lieu of a server of the cloud-computing services that is reachable via an internet connection. Examples of the disclosed technology may rely on packet header information in downlink or uplink traffic received by mobile edge host, and may be a detection method independent of the signaling notification in the underlying bearer network.

Abstract: Provided is a method and device for implementing session continuity. The method includes: transmitting indication information to a user equipment (UE), where the indication information is used for informing the UE to release a current first protocol data unit (PDU) session and establish a second PDU session to the same data network; and receiving a request message, initiated by the UE after the indication information is received by the UE, for establishing the second PDU session, where the request message carries a session identifier of the first PDU session for uniquely identifying the first PDU session. The above-mentioned technical solution solves the problem in the related art that it is impossible to determine from which PDU session the newly established PDU session is switched over when the UE is redirected to a new TUPF. Thus the network side is able to determine from which PDU session the newly established PDU session is redirected.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for control of Quality of Service (QoS). A method applied in a base station for control of QoS includes: receiving a Core Network (CN) flow identifier and information on a corresponding QoS parameter of a Packet Data Network (PDN) connection as transmitted from a CN control network element and creating a mapping relation between the CN flow identifier and the corresponding QoS parameter; and utilizing, after determining based on the received information on the QoS parameter of the PDN connection that a radio bearer satisfying a requirement of the QoS parameter exists between a user terminal and the base station, the existing radio bearer satisfying the requirement of the QoS parameter, creating a mapping relation between the existing radio bearer and the CN flow identifier of the PDN connection and transmitting information on the mapping relation to the user terminal.

Abstract: Methods and devices for notifying an authorization update are provided. In a method for notifying an authorization update, a home network Proximity-based Services (ProSe) functional entity of an announcing terminal receives a notification message from a ProSe application server, where the notification message is used for notifying the home network ProSe functional entity of the announcing terminal that authorization information changes (S302); and the home network ProSe functional entity of the announcing terminal notifies a home network ProSe functional entity of a monitoring terminal that a ProSe code and/or filter corresponding to the announcing terminal become/becomes invalid or are/is updated (S304).

Abstract: The present document provides a Device to Device ( D2D) service authorization method and apparatus and a home near field communication server. The above method includes: a home near field communication server obtaining a local PLMN list of a location in which a user equipment is currently located and a first PLMN list that a permission of authorization to the user equipment is a condition authorization; performing intersection processing on the local PLMN list and the first PLMN list to obtain a second PLMN list; generating an authorized PLMN list according to PLMNs permitting a D2D authorization to the user equipment in the second PLMN list; and the home near field communication server sending the authorized PLMN list to the user equipment.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for establishing a transmission channel, a Mobility Management Entity (MME), a network element device and a system for establishing a transmission channel. The method includes: obtaining, by a Mobility Management Entity (MME), an identifier of a Service Capability Exposure Function (SCEF) entity; and initiating establishment of a non-Internet Protocol (IP) data transmission channel with the SCEF entity based on the identifier of the SCEF entity.

Abstract: A processing method and device for Device to Device (D2D) discovery are provided. The method includes that: a broadcaster terminal acquires a radio resource in a D2D discovery process; and the broadcaster terminal sends a mode indicator and a broadcast identifier through the radio resource, wherein the mode indicator is used for indicating whether a terminal corresponding to the broadcast identifier is the broadcaster terminal or a target terminal which the broadcaster terminal expects to discover. By the solution, flexibility and diversity of a D2D communication mode are enhanced, and user experiences are improved.

Abstract: The method includes: an M-UE home domain ProSe function entity receives a monitoring authentication request response message sent by an A-UE home domain ProSe function entity and acquires first information from the monitoring authentication request response message, in which the first information is used for generating a first MIC; the M-UE home domain ProSe function entity receives a match report sent by an M-UE and acquires second information from the match report, in which the match report carries a second MIC and the second information, and the second information is used for generating the first MIC; and the M-UE home domain ProSe function entity generates the first MIC according to the first information and the second information and examines the first MIC and the second MIC.

Abstract: A communication system and an access authentication method and system based on such a communication system are described. In the system, a context generation function entity is arranged to generate a user context and store the generated user context in a context database matched with the context generation function entity, and a service access control function entity is arranged to acquire the user context from the context database and authenticate a terminal initiating an access request by adopting the user context. According to systems and methods described, effects of a simple access authentication manner and shorter access delay are achieved.

Herein, the method includes: a mobility management entity (MME) of a dedicate network acquiring user subscription data of a terminal when receiving a location update request; the MME determining to select a dedicate network for the terminal according to the user subscription data; and the MME judging whether an SGW and a PGW currently being used by the terminal belong to the dedicate network; if the SGW and the PGW currently being used by the terminal do not belong to the dedicate network, then the MME selecting an SGW and/or PGW of the dedicate network for the terminal, and switching the SGW and/or the PGW being used by the terminal to the selected SGW and/or PGW.

Abstract: A paging method includes, when needing to page a user equipment (UE) according to service requirements, a mobile switching center (MSC) analyzing a user identification if finding that subscriber data are lost at present, judging whether the UE has a possibility of residing in a long term evolution (LTE) network, if yes, finding out one or more mobility management entities (MMEs) which are overlapped with the coverage area of the MSC itself, and sending a paging message for the UE to the MMEs. An MSC includes a first module, a second module, a third module and a fourth module. With the paging method and apparatus provided, the UE in the LTE can be successfully paged under the condition that a visitor location register (VLR) loses the subscriber data and a home location register (HLR) fails to return an MME identification.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for notifying or updating a Proximity-based Services (ProSe) temporary identifier are provided. The method for notifying a ProSe temporary identifier includes: determining that a ProSe temporary identifier acquired by an announcing UE is revoked; and notifying the announcing UE that the ProSe temporary identifier acquired by the announcing UE is revoked. The technical solution solves the problem that an announcing UE cannot learn of the fact that a ProSe temporary identifier is revoked, and thus avoids a UE discovery fault.
