    Abstract: Disclosed are methods, devices and systems for detecting data traffic path change of UE when it is being served by an Internet application instance running on a mobile edge host, and moves to the coverage area of another mobile edge host in mobile edge computing system. One exemplary method includes receiving an application resource request for a cloud-computing services from a user equipment (UE), and allocating resources at a mobile edge computing platform to the application resource request in lieu of a server of the cloud-computing services that is reachable via an internet connection. Examples of the disclosed technology may rely on packet header information in downlink or uplink traffic received by mobile edge host, and may be a detection method independent of the signaling notification in the underlying bearer network.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and device for implementing session continuity. The method includes: transmitting indication information to a user equipment (UE), where the indication information is used for informing the UE to release a current first protocol data unit (PDU) session and establish a second PDU session to the same data network; and receiving a request message, initiated by the UE after the indication information is received by the UE, for establishing the second PDU session, where the request message carries a session identifier of the first PDU session for uniquely identifying the first PDU session. The above-mentioned technical solution solves the problem in the related art that it is impossible to determine from which PDU session the newly established PDU session is switched over when the UE is redirected to a new TUPF. Thus the network side is able to determine from which PDU session the newly established PDU session is redirected.

A method applied in a base station for control of QoS includes: receiving a Core Network (CN) flow identifier and information on a corresponding QoS parameter of a Packet Data Network (PDN) connection as transmitted from a CN control network element and creating a mapping relation between the CN flow identifier and the corresponding QoS parameter; and utilizing, after determining based on the received information on the QoS parameter of the PDN connection that a radio bearer satisfying a requirement of the QoS parameter exists between a user terminal and the base station, the existing radio bearer satisfying the requirement of the QoS parameter, creating a mapping relation between the existing radio bearer and the CN flow identifier of the PDN connection and transmitting information on the mapping relation to the user terminal.
