Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for notifying or updating a Proximity-based Services (ProSe) temporary identifier are provided. The method for notifying a ProSe temporary identifier includes: determining that a ProSe temporary identifier acquired by an announcing UE is revoked; and notifying the announcing UE that the ProSe temporary identifier acquired by the announcing UE is revoked. The technical solution solves the problem that an announcing UE cannot learn of the fact that a ProSe temporary identifier is revoked, and thus avoids a UE discovery fault.

Abstract: A method and a system for implementing CS domain paging are disclosed, applied in scenarios of performing CS domain paging for a called UE after ISR function is introduced in PS domain, and comprising: MSC/VLR only storing one Gs association; during CS domain paging, MSC/VLR sending a CS domain paging request message to the PS domain network element recorded in the Gs association in the MSC/VLR; after receiving the message, the PS domain network element initiating one or two CS domain paging procedures in the PS domain to transmit the CS domain paging to the called UE; or sending a paging response to the MSC/VLR directly without initiating CS domain paging. A method for transferring service information is also disclosed, applied in the scenarios that ISR function is activated in PS domain, and comprising: transmitting service message(s) between the ISR-associated PS domain network elements serving the UE to implement transfer of service information.

Abstract: Provided are a terminal registration method, terminal discovery methods, a terminal and a service device. The service device includes: a registration component (22), configured to accept registration of a terminal, assign a Proximity-based Services identifier (ProSe ID) to the terminal, and associate application information of the terminal with the ProSe ID, wherein the application information includes information for identifying an application; a discovery component (24), configured to instruct a base station to assign discovery resources to the terminal, and send a discovery result, wherein the discovery resources are used for discovery between terminals. By setting a ProSe service component, the technical solution provides the support for ProSe services in the aspect of network architecture.

Abstract: A method and system for realizing network switching, and a mobile node are provided. An LMA receives a PBU message from a second MAG, wherein the PBU message carries identifier information of the mobile node, the IP address of a first interface, and the IP address of the second MAG. The LMA checks in the stored BCE whether the identifier information of the mobile node and the IP address of the first interface exist. If the existence is checked, the LMA continually judges whether the Proxy Care-of-Address in the BCE is the same as the Proxy Care-of-Address in the PBU message. If they are different, the LMA determines that the connection of the mobile node is a switchable connection, and determines that the mobile node has the ability of address preservation, then sends the IP address of the first interface to the second MAG.

Abstract: An access method is disclosed. The method includes: a mobile intelligent access point accesses a network through at least two wireless technologies; a User Equipment (UE) establishes a connection with the mobile intelligent access point; and the UE acquires access authentication from the network through the mobile intelligent access point. An access system and a mobile intelligent access point are further disclosed. With the disclosure, network authentication can be implemented to facilitate an operator to control the number of access users and to guarantee the network of the operator. Furthermore, a broadband mobile network is taken as a backhaul network, so as to reduce the reliability on a fixed network and improve the utilization of the broadband mobile network.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for selecting a policy and charging rules function server in a non-roaming scenario to achieve that the PCC policies for each IP-CAN session are determined only by one PCRF. The method comprises of a Diameter Routing Agent (DRA) establishing an association relationship table in which IP Connectivity Access Network (IP-CAN) session information and corresponding address information of a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) server are stored; and when a Policy and Charging Enforcement Function (PCEF) entity and a Gateway Control Function Entity (GWCF) requests the PCRF for or to update a Policy and Charging Control (PCC) policy of one IP-CAN session, or when an Application Function (AF) entity sends application information or service information down to the PCRF, obtaining the address information of the PCRF associated with said IP-CAN session from said DRA, then performing subsequent processing.

Abstract: A paging method includes, when needing to page a user equipment (UE) according to service requirements, a mobile switching center (MSC) analyzing a user identification if finding that subscriber data are lost at present, judging whether the UE has a possibility of residing in a long term evolution (LTE) network, if yes, finding out one or more mobility management entities (MMEs) which are overlapped with the coverage area of the MSC itself, and sending a paging message for the UE to the MMEs. An MSC includes a first module, a second module, a third module and a fourth module. With the paging method and apparatus provided, the UE in the LTE can be successfully paged under the condition that a visitor location register (VLR) loses the subscriber data and a home location register (HLR) fails to return an MME identification.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for discovering a home link in mobile IP, wherein the method includes: an access network assigns an address for a UE when the UE is attached to the network; the UE acquires a home address from the network; the UE compares the address assigned by the access network with the home address, and confirms that the UE is attached to the home link in the case that the address assigned by the access network and the home address are the same. Therefore, with the present invention, it is not necessary to configure the UE in advance, and the participation of the user is also not required. Thus improved application flexibility is provided.

Abstract: A mobile terminal registration method in a radio network includes: a. A mobile terminal sending a non-access stratum message and identifier information of last registration to a radio access network unit, and the identifier information comprising the Serving CN Node identifier, Serving CN Node pool identifier and Public Land Mobile Network Identifier; b. If the radio access network unit determines that the identifier information is invalid, the radio access network unit allocating a Serving CN Node to the mobile terminal and sending the non-access stratum message to the Serving CN Node; c. After the Serving CN Node receives the non-access stratum message, if determining that a registration request of mobile terminal can be accepted, the Serving CN Node sending a success response message to the mobile terminal, and the message carrying identifier information of current Serving CN Node; d. The mobile terminal saving the new identifier information.

Abstract: A method for synchronizing user data is provided, which includes: when a User Equipment (UE) moves into a coverage area of a new mobility management unit, an old mobility management unit sends an indication of whether a bearer modification procedure is to be triggered to the new mobility management unit, and the new mobility management unit determines whether to trigger the bearer modification procedure according to the indication. A system for synchronizing user data is further provided. By means of the technical solution of the method and the system, the situation that a Quality of Service (QoS) used by a bearer in the new mobility management unit does not match with a bearer QoS of an updated subscription data when a user equipment moves into a coverage area of a new mobility management unit can be avoided.

Abstract: A multi-mode intelligent access method, device and system are disclosed. The method includes that: a multi-mode mobile intelligent access device is added into a communication network; and the multi-mode mobile intelligent access device employs a way including flow mobility between different access networks, so as to enable a terminal to access a core network gateway through multiple kinds of access networks. By means of the multi-mode intelligent access technology of the disclosure, a terminal can use multiple kinds of access networks at the same time, and the flow mobility between the different access networks can be implemented, so as to utilize wireless bandwidths optimally and improve the transmission speed while reducing the cost of a mobile terminal and enhancing service experience for a subscriber.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for realizing user accessibility and a multi-mode terminal. A UE initiates, after a tracking area update (TAU) periodic timer of the UE expires, an update process to a mobile switching center/visitor location register (MSC/VLR) in the case that an idle mode signaling reduction (ISR) is activated and the UE resides in a global system for mobile communications/universal mobile telecommunication system (GSM/UMTS). The disclosure improves user experience.

Abstract: A method and terminal for association update are provided. When the terminal performs location area update to a MSC/VLR via a GERAN/UTRAN, if it has performed combined update or CSFB attachment in an EPS network via E-UTRAN, then it sets a combined update indication which indicates the EPS network requires combined update when the terminal returns to the E-UTRAN from the GERAN/UTRAN; when the terminal moves to a registered tracking area of the E-UTRAN, it determines whether the combined update indication has been set or not, if yes, it initiates combined TAU and LAU to an MME. After receiving a location update request from the MME, the MSC/VLR updates stored association information and re-establishes SGs association with the MME. Accordingly, a terminal has a control module for association update, which comprises a combined update indication setting determination unit, a combined update setting unit and a combined update initiation determination unit.

Abstract: A method for avoiding resource being released mistakenly during tracking area update or handover process comprising: determining, by a target Mobility Management Entity MME, whether to use an old System Architecture Evolution Serving GW or to reselect a new Serving GW; if the target MME determines to select a new serving GW, notifying the original MME, the original MME sending a request for deleting bearer to the old Serving GW. The technical scheme of the present invention can avoid that the original MME will still send a request for deleting subscriber context to the old Serving GW when the target MME still uses the old Serving GW rather than selects a new one during tracking area update or handover process of the subscriber, which results in the appearance of a problem that the resource related to the subscriber in the old Serving GW is released mistakenly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for indicating a serving gateway to update the bearer, comprising: a mobility management unit sending to a serving gateway a bearer establishing request message carrying a bearer update indication for indicating the serving gateway whether to update the bearer between the serving gateway and a packet data network gateway immediately; after receiving the bearer establishing request message, the serving gateway determining whether to update the bearer between the serving gateway and the packet data network gateway immediately according to the bearer update indication carried in the message. The method provided by the present invention can enable the serving gateway to easily judge when to update the bearer between the serving gateway and the packet data network gateway so as to avoid updating the bearer between the serving gateway and the packet data network gateway by the serving gateway too early or too late.

Abstract: The present invention provides bearer processing methods, in one bearer processing method, the serving gateway receives a bearer processing message from a mobility management unit, wherein the bearer processing message carries a message source mark for identifying a sending entity of the bearer processing message; the serving gateway acquires the message source mark in the bearer processing message, and judges the sending entity of the bearer processing message according to the message source mark, and performs the bearer processing according to the result of the judgment. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible for the serving gateway to distinguish the sending entity of a message, so as to perform the subsequent related bearer processing.
