    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) is provided. The method includes a user equipment (UE) determines an uplink DMRS format for demodulating a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) according to frequency-domain resources occupied by the PUSCH, in which the uplink DMRS format includes a comb occupied by a PUSCH DMRS sequence. The comb is subcarriers having specified intervals occupied by demodulation reference signals, and the specified intervals between the occupied subcarriers are same. For the DMRSs using the comb format, subcarriers with specific intervals are used for channel estimation, and values of the channel estimation are used for data demodulation. The UE transmits uplink information and the demodulation reference signals on physical resources using the uplink DMRS format. The present disclosure can improve the multiplexing ratio of uplink physical resources in a multi-UE scenario.

The method includes monitoring downlink control information (DCI) in a first format group, and activating SPS according to an indication in the DCI in the first format group, and monitoring DCI in a second format group, and releasing SPS according to an indication in the DCI in the second format group, wherein, the payload size of the DCI format in the second format group is less than the payload size of the DCI format in the first format group. The payload size of the scheduled DCI format after the SPS is activated is less than the payload size of the scheduled DCI format activated by the SPS, which significantly promotes efficiency of utilization of resource(s) and reduces power consumption of user equipment for monitoring and detecting DCI, schedule overhead of downlink channel of SPS, and service delay.

The method includes: receiving, by a UE, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) data from a base station through two Carrier Components (CCs); obtaining, by the UE according to specific indication information, Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) channel resources required for transmitting HARQ-ACK feedback information using a transmit diversity technique; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on the obtained PUCCH channel resources adopting the transmit diversity technique. According to the method provided by the examples of the present invention, it is possible to allocate HARQ-ACK channel resources to the UE reasonably and avoid waste of channel resources in the premise that channel selection and SORTD technique are supported.
