Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane is put into a ball mill, a surfactant is added into the ball mill to make the decamethylcyclopentasiloxane dispersed or dissolved uniformly and then stirred uniformly, and then thiourea dioxide is added into the ball mill and ground together for 1-3 hours.
