  • Patent number: 11760785
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a glucose-responsive insulin delivery system based on the interaction between the glucose-modified insulin and glucose transporters (GLUTs) on erythrocytes (or red blood cells, RBCs). After being conjugated with a competitive inhibitor of a glucose transporter, insulin can efficiently bind to RBC membranes. The binding is reversible in the setting of hyperglycemia, resulting in fast release of insulin and subsequent drop of blood glucose (BG) level in vivo.

  • Patent number: 11760923
Abstract: The present invention relates to a reagent for exploiting natural gas hydrates, which includes a regent A and a regent B. The reagent A is PEG400-polyurethane prepolymer; the reagent B includes PEG400 and an initiator; and a volume ratio of the PEG400-polyurethane prepolymer, the PEG400 and the initiator is (1-3000):(1-1000):(1-2000). The reagent of the present invention has excellent performance and high stability, and can effectively “replace” the “water” of the natural gas hydrate; and moreover, the reaction is exothermic reaction to effectively increase the reaction rate, which reduces the energy loss on the one hand, and reduces the blockage of a gas passage caused by the secondary generation of the natural gas hydrates in a low-temperature high-pressure pipeline during transferring on the other hand.

  • Publication number: 20230249158
Abstract: A three-way catalytic conversion system for purification treatment of an engine exhaust gas and use thereof, including an oxidation segment containing an oxidation catalyst and a three-way conversion segment containing a three-way catalyst, where the oxidation catalyst is used to catalyze an oxidation reaction of reductive components in the engine exhaust gas with oxygen, the oxidation segment is located downstream of an engine, and the three-way conversion segment is located downstream of the oxidation segment. Further, the oxidation catalyst tolerant to ultra-high temperature is provided upstream of the three-way catalyst so that the engine exhaust gas is treated by the oxidation catalyst first and then by the three-way catalyst, which can avoid the TWC being exposed to high temperature caused by burning (CO, HC), reduce its deterioration, and ensure exertion of function of three-way catalytic conversion of the system, improving the purification efficiency of the engine exhaust gas.
