  • Publication number: 20160300754
Abstract: Methods for fabricating integrated circuits are provided. One method includes decomposing a master pattern layout for a semiconductor device layer that includes a target metal line with a target interconnecting via/contact into a first sub-pattern and a second sub-pattern. The target metal line is decomposed into a first line feature pattern that is part of the first sub-pattern and a second line feature pattern that is part of the second sub-pattern such that the first and second line feature patterns have overlapping portions defining a stitch that corresponds to the target interconnecting via/contact. A first photomask is generated that corresponds to the first sub-pattern. A second photomask is generated that corresponds to the second sub-pattern.

  • Publication number: 20150225772
Abstract: A micro-liquid phase reaction method based on a substrate with a hydrophilic-hydrophobic patterned surface, including the following: applying a liquid phase system containing a hydrotropic substance and/or an amphipathic substance to a hydrophobic smooth plane in a sample-spotting manner to form an array of tiny droplets, subsequently removing the solvent in each droplet to bond the hydrotropic substance and/or amphipathic substance in each droplet to the hydrophobic smooth plane so as to form an array of hydrophilic bonding points, then moving an aqueous phase system or hydrophilic liquid phase system containing more than one reactants over the hydrophobic smooth plane, thereby forming island-like tiny reaction droplets at each hydrophilic bonding point, and finally under the set reaction conditions, reacting the reactants in each tiny reaction droplet.

  • Publication number: 20140157305
Abstract: A computing device for providing Advertisement Decision Management services to a subscriber network that connects display devices. The computing device acquires a network program media stream associated with a network service from a provider network, delivers the network program media stream to a display device connected to the subscriber network, and collects usage data for the display device. When the computing device detects an advertising opportunity in the network program media stream, it selects an advertisement to fulfill the advertising opportunity, delivers the advertisement to the display device at the start time of the advertising opportunity, and delivers the network program media stream to the display device at the end time of the advertising opportunity. To select the advertisement, the computing device either requests the advertising opportunity from an advertisement server, or retrieves the advertisement from local data storage.

  • Patent number: 8656422
Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing targeted advertisements for linear television is provided herein. During operation a client device will determine whether or not an advertisement opportunity duration is known, unknown, or variable. Based on this determination, advertisements that best match the advertisement opportunity duration will be chosen via separate algorithms. More particularly, a first algorithm will be used to choose advertisements when the advertisement opportunity duration is known, a second algorithm will be used to choose advertisements when the advertisement opportunity duration is unknown, and a third algorithm will be used to choose advertisements when the advertisement opportunity duration is variable.

  • Publication number: 20130296189
Abstract: The present invention provides a kit and a detection method for multiple targets detection of biomolecules. The kit comprises a universal tag, a probe and an optional instruction for using the same. The universal tag in the present invention is a fragment of DNA, RNA, peptide nucleic acid, or LNA, and is 3-20 mer in length. The probe in the present invention contains in order from 3? terminus to 5? terminus, a nucleotide sequence which is reverse complementary to a target molecule or a portion of the target molecule, and a nucleotide sequence which is reverse complementary to the universal tag; or said probe contains in order from 3? terminus to 5? terminus, a nucleotide sequence which is reverse complementary to the universal tag, and a nucleotide sequence which is reverse complementary to a target molecule or a portion of the target molecule.

  • Patent number: 7585664
Abstract: This invention provides an integrated circuit (IC) optical detector. The IC optical detector comprises a substrate and an IC. The substrate comprises a plurality of test sites defined thereon. The test sites comprise a surface suitably treated for coating of at least one test sample. The at least one test sample is capable of being changed by a reaction. The IC comprises at least one optical sensor array for simultaneously receiving and sensing optical signals from the test sites during operations Presence of at least one changed test sample at a test site changes the quantity of light directed through the test site. The change in quantity of light is detectable by the sensor array. The optical sensor array further converts the sensed optical signals to electrical signals. The IC automatically processes and outputs the electrical signals during operation. This invention further provides a method for detecting a specific sample within at least one test sample.
