  • Patent number: 7389713
Abstract: An adjustable socket for use with a socket wrench is disclosed that includes opposite first and second clamping units having an outer surface adapted to closely engage an inner surface of the socket and including an inner groove for securely engaging a bolt or nut, and a transverse threaded through hole; first and second threaded fastening units adapted to drive through the socket and the first and second clamping units to be threadedly secured together; and a guide for guiding transverse movements of the first and the second clamping units such that turning at least one of the first and the second fastening units will move the first and second clamping units closer each other or move them away from each other. The socket having an adjustable inside diameter is adapted to fit many different sizes of bolts or nuts.

  • Publication number: 20060225539
Abstract: An adjustable wrench includes two walls disposed on an upper portion of a handle body to define a guiding slot therebetween. A driving shaft is rotatably mounted in the guiding slot. Two movable jaws have coupling portions which are coupled respectively to two connecting ends of the driving shaft by force transmitting mechanisms such that a rotational force of the driving shaft about a rotating axis is transmitted to drive the coupling portions to move along the rotating axis toward or away from each other, and two jaw portions which extend outwardly of the guiding slot for gripping a torqued object. Two operating members are disposed to flank the connecting ends and are operable to rotate the driving shaft such that the distance between the jaw portions can be adjusted to permit quick gripping and releasing of the torqued object.

  • Publication number: 20060004309
Abstract: A massaging device capable of improving functions of prostate gland, including a support member having a supporting face for a human body to sit or ride thereon. A massaging unit having at least one massaging member is disposed in the support member. The massaging unit is driven by a power source to intermittently protrude the massaging member from a surface of the supporting face of the support member so as to massage the perineum of the human body corresponding to the prostate gland.

  • Patent number: 6860756
Abstract: A terminal with a heat shrink tube for wrapping connected wires includes a metal sleeve being made of copper and having an enlarged portion formed on one end of the metal sleeve. The metal sleeve receives at least one stripped litz wire and is securely electrically connected to the at least one stripped litz wire after being clamped. A plastic collar is longitudinally connected to the enlarged portion of the metal sleeve. The plastic collar is a heat shrink tube and has a tapered portion formed on one end of the plastic collar. The tapered portion is connected to the enlarged portion of the metal sleeve such that a diameter of the tapered portion is gradually reduced relative to the metal and adapted for guiding the at least one stripped litz wire into the metal sleeve.

  • Patent number: 6507881
Abstract: A system for programming a periphery flash ROM is provided. The system in-cludes a host computer, an IDE interface, a flash controller, a flash ROM, and a micro-processor. The flash controller is coupled to the host computer through the IDE interface. The flash ROM and the microprocessor are also coupled to the flash controller. When the system enters a flash ROM programming mode, task files used between the IDE interface and the host computer are redefined by the host computer and is interpreted by the flash controller so that a firmware code from the host computer is written into the flash ROM through the flash controller. After the flash ROM is completely programmed, the task files return to their original definition. The microprocessor is required to disable the access to the flash ROM during the flash ROM programming mode.

  • Patent number: 6050841
Abstract: An electric connector includes a base seat and an electric conductive member. The conductive member is formed with notches and bent sections having bending angles. The bending angles can be changed to vary the gap between a free face of the bent section and an inner face of the notch to meet the requirement of different diameters of conductive wires. The conductive wires can be firmly fixedly electrically connected with each other by the conductive member so that it is no more necessary to prepare various kinds of electric connectors with different wire diameters. Therefore, the stock amount is reduced and the products can be easily distinguished from each other. Also, the assembling operation is facilitated and the possibility of mis-assembling is minimized.
