  • Publication number: 20220092981
Abstract: An edge device may receive first vehicle information and first sensor information associated with a first vehicle. The edge device may receive second vehicle information or second sensor information associated with a second vehicle. The edge device may compare the first vehicle information and the first sensor information to determine a first accuracy score. The edge device may determine, based on the first vehicle information, the first sensor information, the first accuracy score, and the second vehicle information or the second sensor information, whether the first vehicle and the second vehicle are predicted to collide. The edge device may provide to one or more traffic control devices, and based on determining whether the first vehicle and the second vehicle are predicted to collide, one or more instructions to provide signals to at least one of the first vehicle or the second vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11200531
Abstract: Features are disclosed for an overpackage that can contain an object and provide for automated identification and handling of the object by a robotic retrieval system. The automated identification and handling are enabled through self-identifying marks on the overpackage that indicate the identity of the overpackage as well as the relative location of the mark on the overpackage. Using the location information, a robot or other autonomous actor of the robotic retrieval system can identify a path to a pick point and detect whether the proper pick point is engaged through additional identifiers on the overpackage or a pick point.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a ram system for a blowout preventer. The ram system includes a first ram having an interlocking arm, where the interlocking arm includes a first anti-deflection feature. The ram system includes a second ram having a second anti-deflection feature. The first ram and the second ram are configured to move toward one another along a longitudinal axis to reach an engaged configuration. The second ram is configured to receive the interlocking arm of the first ram to enable the first anti-deflection feature to engage with the second anti-deflection feature while the first ram and the second ram are in the engaged configuration to thereby enable the first and second anti-deflection features to block deflection of the interlocking arm relative to a lateral axis, an axial axis, or both.

  • Publication number: 20210297878
Abstract: A device may receive historical usage data associated with a portion of a wireless network, and may train a model with the historical usage data to generate a trained model. The device may process data identifying a future time period, with the trained model, to forecast a traffic demand during the future time period, and may compare the traffic demand and a traffic capacity of the portion of the wireless network to determine whether the traffic demand is within a threshold of or exceeds the traffic capacity. The device may identify an autonomous vehicle to deploy for the portion of the wireless network when the traffic demand is within the threshold of or exceeds the traffic capacity, and may cause the autonomous vehicle to be deployed for the portion of the wireless network, wherein the autonomous vehicle is to provide a temporary wireless network.
