    Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for processing biomolecules (e.g., nucleic acid molecules, proteins) from a sample. A method for processing biomolecules may comprise hybridizing a probe molecule to a target region of a nucleic acid molecule (e.g., a ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecule) and barcoding the probe-nucleic acid molecule complex or derivatives thereof. Such a method can comprise performing a nucleic acid reaction, e.g., extension, denaturation, and amplification. A method for processing a sample may comprise hybridizing probes to (i) target regions of a nucleic acid molecule (e.g., RNA molecule) and (ii) a reporter oligonucleotide of a feature binding group, and barcoding the probe-associated molecules. One or more processes of the methods described herein may be performed within a partition, such as a droplet or well.

The method further includes automatically determining a root cause of the adhesive wash-off when a number of occurrences of the adhesive wash-off exceeds a threshold.

The controller is configured to direct the actuator to move the application nozzle independent of the distal end of the robotic arm such that a bead of material flowing out of the application nozzle is applied to the substrate along a feature-relative bead path.

In a biplane orientation of the aircraft, collective operation of the yaw vanes provides yaw authority for the aircraft.

The dataset is comprised of a plurality of fragment sequence reads, each with an associated barcode sequence and a unique identifier sequence. A threshold value for filtering out select fragment sequence reads from the genomic sequence dataset is determined by the one or more processors. The threshold value is a number of fragment sequence reads in the genomic sequence dataset with the same unique identifier sequence. Fragment sequence reads with the same unique identifier sequence occurring at less than the threshold value in the genomic sequence dataset is filtered out by the one or more processors. A filtered genomic sequence dataset is generated by the one or more processors.
