  • Patent number: 8447857
Abstract: An approach is provided where an HTTP request is received and a Request for Security Token (RST) is created. Parameters are selected from the request and mappings are retrieved corresponding to the parameters. Context attributes are created in the RST corresponding to the parameters. A context attribute type value is set based on an HTTP section where the parameter is located within the HTTP request. The RST is sent to a security token service for processing. In another approach, a Request Security Token Response (RSTR) is received and an HTTP response is created. RSTR parameters are selected and parameter mappings are retrieved corresponding to the selected RSTR parameters from a mapping table with a TYPE value being identified based on the retrieved parameter mapping. Context attributes are added to the HTTP response based on the identified TYPE values. The HTTP response is transmitted to a remote computer system.

  • Publication number: 20120229526
Abstract: A method for remotely calibrating display of image data is provided. Using a processor of the client computer display data are determined. The display data are indicative of a luminance dynamic range of the display and of an ambient lighting environment of the display. The display data are then transmitted to a server computer. Using a processor of the server computer display adjustment data are determined in dependence upon the display data. The display adjustment data are then transmitted to the client computer. Alternatively, image data for displaying on the display are received. Adjusted image data are then determined in dependence upon the received image data and the display adjustment data and transmitted to the client computer.

  • Patent number: 8206283
Abstract: Locking device that is mounted on an endoscope or the like for selectively securing the position of a guide wire and/or catheter relative to the endoscope or the like. The locking device preferably includes a side wall with an opening therein for receiving the proximal end of a guide wire or catheter. The opening is preferably J-shaped or boot shaped, and has an entry end and a locking end. Once a guide wire or catheter is in a desired position within a body cavity, the portion of the guide wire or catheter that extends outside of the endoscope or the like may be moved into the opening. More particularly, a portion of the guide wire or catheter may be inserted by an operator through the entry end of the opening and into the locking end, wherein the locking end frictionally secures the position of the guide wire or catheter relative to the endoscope or the like.

  • Patent number: 8137893
Abstract: A new lithographic process comprises reducing the linewidth of an image while maintaining the lithographic process window, and using this process to fabricate pitch split structures comprising nm order (e.g., about 22 nm) node semiconductor devices. The process comprises applying a lithographic resist layer on a surface of a substrate and patterning and developing the lithographic resist layer to form a nm order node image having an initial line width. Overcoating the nm order node image with an acidic polymer produces an acidic polymer coated image. Heating the acidic polymer coated image gives a heat treated coating on the image, the heating being conducted at a temperature and for a time sufficient to reduce the initial linewidth to a subsequent narrowed linewidth. Developing the heated treated coating removes it from the image resulting in a free-standing trimmed lithographic feature on the substrate. Optionally repeating the foregoing steps further reduces the linewidth of the narrowed line.

  • Publication number: 20120025556
Abstract: A system for optimising storage in an enclosed transport trailer (6), having transverse bearing beams (2) for supportin a load such as loaded pallets (12, 13) at a mid height of the trailer such that two storage levels are available. The beams have a wheel (10) at each end that runs in a horizontal track (11) attached to each side wall of the trailer, the track enclosing the wheels to prevent them from disengaging from the track. Adjacent beams can be attached togethe at variable spacings using a spacer bar (15) to suit a particular pallet or load size. The track has a junction adjacent th open end (20) of the trailer that leads up to another track (18) immediately below the roof line where the beams can b moved to an out of the way storage position (19) when not required.
