  • Patent number: 11977556
Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which is stored machine-readable instructions that when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to receive a request for result data from a requestor and determine queries to create the result data. The processor may determine a subset of a data set based on the queries. The subset of the data set may be displayed in small multiples by the requestor. The processor may output the subset of the data set as the result data to the requestor. In some examples, the processor may receive a request for additional result data from the requestor. The processor may determine a second subset of the data set to be displayed in the small multiples and output the second subset of the data set as the additional result data to the requestor.

  • Publication number: 20240070672
Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided for detecting actionable transaction risks. The method includes grouping an inbound event related to a transaction with a target event group and determining an actionable group of events that are deemed high risk and a non-actionable group of non-actionable events that are deemed low risk. The method also includes evaluating the target event group relative to the actionable and non-actionable groups of events. This includes computing a first distance between the target event group and the non-actionable group and a second distance between the target event group and actionable group. The first distance is compared with the second distance to determine if the target event group, including the inbound event, is closer to the actionable group or to the nonactionable group.

An extrudate handling system includes a head end assembly and an imaging device (which may be part of the head end assembly). The imaging device is configured to image an end face of an extrudate, and generate, during translation of the extrudate, an imaging output signal indicative of a rotational position of the end face of the extrudate. The head end assembly includes a rotational effector to rotate the extrudate during translation thereof and a fixed effector rotationally fixed relative to a track. The extrudate handling system is able to determine the rotational position of the web angle of the extrudate and precisely adjust the rotational position while linearly translating the extrudate along the track. The extrudate handling system provides greater accuracy, reduced costs, and improved results.

  • Patent number: 11780079
Abstract: A flexible structure that exhibits axial, bending, and twisting compliance, allowing for limited freedom of deformation and impact load dampening characteristics tailored accordingly for the applications of the flexible structure. The flexible structure comprises two or more formers, a plurality of resilient members supporting and affixed to the perimeters of the formers, and either an elastomeric central member located between each former and in the center of the resilient members, or an elastomeric surrounding member located between each former and around the resilient members, or both. The presence of the central member or surrounding member acts to inhibit excessive deformations of the resilient members through contact forces. This construction provides a strong and flexible structure that can be incorporated with robots, orthopedic braces, and other devices.

  • Publication number: 20230298117
Abstract: A system for bridging between centralized and decentralized systems such that an owner can access equity in their property and a purchaser can have a high degree of confidence in the property rights being purchased. The system includes an equity conversion computer having software executing thereon to intake property information and property conversion software executing thereon to convert the real property rights to be collateralized into tokens to be registered on blockchain (decentralized system) and on government computer systems (centralized systems). The software intakes the information, saves the information in a usable format and generates various documents in formats usable by the various system the equity conversion computer communicates with. The tokenized property rights can then be converted to a crypto currency by a purchaser desiring to purchase the property rights associated with the tokens.

  • Publication number: 20230286638
Abstract: A compliant root structure for connecting an airfoil to a fuselage structure capable of dampening the dynamic response of the fuselage structure when the airfoil encounters abrupt aerodynamic loads due to a turbulent atmosphere, thereby improving occupant comfort and reducing internal dynamic stresses of the overall airplane. The compliant root structure comprises a plurality of connecting arms that pivotally connect the airfoil to the fuselage structure so that the airfoil can displace relative to the fuselage structure in the direction relatively perpendicular to the spanwise and chordwise axes of the airfoil. A spring means such as a leaf spring assembly or a shock absorber is interconnected with the fuselage structure and the connecting arms, wherein the spring means provides a restoring force to the airfoil when it is displaced relative to the fuselage beyond a neutral position.
