  • Publication number: 20220391860
Abstract: What is disclosed is a system for accessing the value of real property. The system includes a real property; a computer readable medium for storing a computer program; a graphical user interface for viewing the real property and a value of the real property; a blockchain ledger, that records and stores information and transactions; cryptocurrency coins; a governing entity with authority over the possession; an issuing entity, which creates and issues cryptocurrency. The computer program communicates with the blockchain, and the computer program and blockchain are adapted to communicate with the governing entity and the issuing entity. Once the property has been entered into the program the governing entity authorizes the issuing entity to create cryptocurrency coins and issue those cryptocurrency coins to the owner of the possession. The computer program ensures that the cryptocurrency coins are recorded in the blockchain ledger.

  • Publication number: 20220388173
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method and apparatus for back end control of translation and rotation of green ware (e.g., producible from ceramic extrudate). A green ware handling system (102) includes a back end assembly (129) that contacts a back end face (118B) of a green ware (116) and moves to push the green ware (116) along the support channel (114). In certain embodiments, the green ware handling assembly (102) includes a leading end assembly (128) to pull the green ware (116) and then transfer control to the back end assembly (129), which translates and also optionally rotates the green ware (116). This handoff increases the overall production rate of the green ware (116). In certain embodiments, the back end assembly (129) penetrates the back end face (118B) of the green ware (116) with cleat penetration features (312) to provide a secure engagement with the green ware (116) to rotate and translate the green ware (116) while also decreasing a depth of damage to the green ware (116).

  • Publication number: 20220198354
Abstract: A method can include determining an ideal activity speed profile of an activity for a well, where the ideal activity speed profile of the activity for the well corresponds to a length of the well; forecasting a start time and a stop time using the ideal activity speed profile of the activity; generating a drilling plan using the start time and the stop time where another activity commences after the stop time; during performance of the activity for the well, receiving data indicative of an actual activity speed of the activity for the well for a corresponding length of the well; during the performance of the activity, deciding to make an adjustment to the performance of the activity for the well using the ideal activity speed profile and the actual activity speed of the activity for the well; and adjusting the stop time of the drilling plan.

  • Publication number: 20220125696
Abstract: A variety of personal care compositions contain one or more of a cannabinoid, a Lewis acid salt inside of a vehicle to deliver the cannabinoid to a user. The vehicle that is used depends upon where the cannabinoid is to be delivered. For example, oral care compositions contain orally-acceptable carrier(s), skin care compositions contain vehicles that are compatible with the skin, and so on. Personal care compositions can take many product forms and can be used by humans or animals. Personal care compositions include, but are not limited to, mouthwashes, toothpastes, dentifrices, tooth gels, tooth powders, tablets, rinses, subgingival gels, foams, mousses, chewing gums, lipsticks, sponges, flosses, prophy pastes, petrolatum gels, denture products, deodorants, antiperspirants, pet foods and pet chews.

  • Publication number: 20220110674
Abstract: A treatment device for treatment of overactive bladder conditions operates to suction to grasp and conform a mucosal tissue of the bladder wall to a portion of the tissue treatment device, and deliver energy to non-superficial target tissue at a substantially uniform depth from the mucosal tissue. The tissue treatment device incorporates multiple instruments for different functions needed to treat overactive bladder conditions. The tissue treatment device provides simplified interfaces and mechanisms for operating each of the multiple instruments in a controlled manner. Further, the tissue treatment device is configured to have a low and smooth profile that permits the tissue treatment device to be used without a tubular sheath.

  • Patent number: 11298670
Abstract: Hydroprocessing reactor internals height reduction is achieved by placing a mixing chamber above the collection tray. The mixing chamber has spillways on the top (top spillways) and the side of the mixing chamber (side spillways) for fluid entry. The design of the spillways has a significant impact on pressure drop. The pressure drop is reduced by having wide shallow spillways rather than narrow and deep spillways without impacting mixing performance. With both side and top spillways, the height of the mixing chamber can be reduced significantly with minimal impact on fluid mixing and pressure drop.

  • Patent number: 11205418
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for detecting monotone speech. In aspects, audio data provided by a user may be received a device. Pitch values may be calculated and/or extracted from the audio data. The non-zero pitch values may be divided into clusters. For each cluster, a Pitch Variation Quotient (PVQ) value may be calculated. The weighted average of PVQ values across the clusters may be calculated and compared to a threshold for determining monotone speech. Based on the comparison, the audio data may be classified as monotone or non-monotone and an indication of the classification may be provided to the user in real-time via a user interface. Upon the completion of the audio session in which the audio data is received, feedback for the audio data may be provided to the user via the user interface.
