Abstract: The present invention relates to processes for preparing a stable sol of medicament and hydrofluorocarbon, and for preparing medicament delivery devices containing said sol. This invention also relates to a sol composition resulting from said process. This invention further relates to apparatuses for preparing said medicament delivery devices.

Abstract: A sizing composition containing an epoxy resin emulsion, one or more coupling agents, a cationic lubricant, and an acid. The epoxy resin emulsion includes a low molecular weight epoxy and one or more surfactants. The epoxy resin has an epoxy equivalent weight of from 175-225, preferably from 175-190. Optionally, the sizing composition may also contain a non-ionic lubricant, a polyurethane film former, and/or an antistatic agent. The sizing composition may be used to size glass fibers used in filament winding applications to form reinforced composite articles with improved mechanical properties, wet tensile properties, improved resistance to cracking, and improved processing characteristics.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for determining a global position of an anatomical structure. The system utilizes a surgical navigation system and a substrate that is capable of being removably mounted to an outer surface of a user's body. The substrate includes a positional device and a sensor that is tracked by the surgical navigation system. A finger mounted structure capable of communicating with the positional device is also provided. The concatenation of a position of the sensor and a position of the finger mounted structure allows a global position of a point on the anatomical structure to be determined by a computer system.

Abstract: The present invention is directed toward providing a system for monitoring events occurring on a networked browser while the browser is processing web page-based transactions and information, wherein the data from the monitoring process is sent to a computer other than the browser on which the transactions are executing and other than the computer from which the transaction was downloaded. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are directed toward a system and method for invoking a monitoring function on a network computer, including the steps of accessing a web page from a web server, updating the web page by inserting a script tag in the web page, wherein the script tag includes location information for a function for monitoring events on a network computer other than the web server, and storing the updated web page on the web server.

The present invention is directed to enhancing resource adapters that work with screens. Aspects of the invention, which may be incorporated into or communicate with existing resource adapters, provide a standard screen record for manipulating data on a screen image. The standard screen record provides support for instances where prior knowledge of the screen format or layout is known and for those instances where there is no knowledge of the screen format. Additionally, the standard screen record provides detailed data describing all attributes of a field and of the screen image itself. Additionally, the invention also provides easy access to the field attribute data.

Abstract: A method and system that provides a common framework for mapping between a document (e.g. an XML document) and a software object (e.g. a Java object). The framework uses a handler that masks how a property is obtained for mapping. This results in mapping code that has a common appearance for both directions of mapping. A mapping between elements of an XML document and the properties of a Java object is contained in a mapper. A mapper maps from the XML document (108) to an object (110) using a parser (104) (such as DOM or SAX). Mapping in the other direction (Java to XML) requires that the elements of the XML document (118) be built in a particular order to ensure validity of the resulting XML document (118). The present invention builds an XML template document using JSP, for example. Using JSP based templates enables tags of the document to be written in the JSP, with callbacks to get element and attribute values. Further, content can be directed to a buffer, or directly to a response stream of a servlet.

Abstract: A method, system, and data structure are disclosed for monitoring transaction performance in a managed computer network environment having a requesting component configured to request a transaction of a servicing component. In accordance with exemplary embodiments the transaction is classified into a transaction type. A correlator is generated for the transaction including information identifying a parent transaction type and a root transaction type of the transaction. An events associated with a completion of the transaction is recorded. Performance statistics are aggregated on the transaction completion event in the context of the information included in the correlator.
