Abstract: A bicyclic derivative of rapamycin of general formula (1) ##STR1## wherein ##STR2## n=2 to 10, m=2 to 10 andn=m or n.noteq.mor a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is by virtue of its immunosuppressive activity is useful in treating transplantation rejection host vs. graft disease, autoimmune diseases, and diseases of inflammation.
