    Abstract: A cardiac lead system is provided. The lead is placed epicardially through the transverse pericardial sinus with integrated curvatures to prevent the lead from slipping out of the transverse pericardial sinus. Interaction with multiple chambers of the heart is facilitated in a single lead, without anchors that embed into the heart wall. Multiple electrodes can be grouped over each targeted heart area to ensure adequate electrical contact.

    Abstract: A pump is connected between penile cylinder(s) and a reservoir of a prosthesis. A squeezing pressure applied to the penile cylinder moves a first liquid volume out of the cylinder and into a first chamber of the pump, which displaces a piston inside of the pump. Displacement of the piston creates a vacuum space (a second chamber) between the piston and the housing of the pump, and a second liquid volume is drawn out of the reservoir and into the vacuum space. A return spring pushes the piston back to its starting position, which pushes both the first liquid volume and the second liquid volume out of the pump and into the penile cylinders.

When tension is applied to a second suture section trailing away from the tissue anchor, the adjustment button is engaged with the second suture section through locking splines and the adjustment button slides along a portion of the suture to increase a distance between the adjustment button and the tissue anchor. When tension is applied to a first suture section trailing away from the tissue anchor, the adjustment button moves in a direction towards the tissue anchor to reduce a distance between the adjustment button and the tissue anchor.
