  • Publication number: 20220327643
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are disclosed that determine property recommendations for a user. The methods, apparatus, and systems may also predict when a user is likely to become a property buyer and/or seller to determine when certain property recommendations are to be made. The methods, apparatus, and systems use one or more machine learning algorithms to determine a dynamic preference profile for a user that accurately reflects the user and how the user changes over time. The preference profile takes into account property-related information and user characteristic information as variables for the machine learning algorithm(s).

  • Publication number: 20220327642
Abstract: A system and method for generating and providing personalized virtual property tours are disclosed. In some examples, a system provides a virtual property tour that is displayed within an application or a web browser as an interactive open house experience. The virtual property tour enables a user to view an open house virtually through a display of a floor plan, photos of rooms, videos of rooms, three-dimensional tours of rooms, and/or a virtual interactive engagement with rooms. In some embodiments, the virtual property tour is user-directed by selecting a room or other location from a virtual floor plan. In other embodiments, the virtual property tour is configured as an automated progression through a property.

  • Publication number: 20220297594
Abstract: The present invention provides various aspects of a novel safety light that can be attached to a bicyclist or around the body of an athlete so as to define a well lit, safe distance to avoid collision by a motorist. The present safety concerns would find advantage in an easy to attach safety light that is much larger, more conspicuous and one that provides greater lumens. It would be desirable for athletes and the sports industry if there was provided an improved safety light system to provide a significant warning to let motorists know the safe distance that any motorist and/or his vehicle needs to avoid so as not to hit the cyclist or athlete.

  • Publication number: 20220261932
Abstract: A system and method for generating a dynamic real estate ticker for a user device are disclosed. An example method includes storing property transaction information and property-related web browsing information that is related to a user. The method also includes determining a real estate state of the user, among a plurality of available real estate states, based on the property transaction information and the property-related web browsing information. The plurality of available real estate states includes at least three of a first-time buyer, a repeat-buyer, a new owner, a mid-term owner, a long-term owner, a renter, an owner-renter, a seller, or an investor. The method further includes determining real estate content for the dynamic ticker based on the determined real estate state of the user and the property-related web browsing information. The determined real estate content is transmitted to the user device for display within a dynamic ticker.

  • Patent number: 11371290
Abstract: A cutting element for a drill bit can include a first layer of polycrystalline diamond, a second layer of polycrystalline diamond, wherein a boundary between the first layer and the second layer is nonplanar, and a substrate. The first and second layers can be formed from polycrystalline diamond of different grain sizes. One of the first and second layers can be leached of a catalyzing material. The first layer can be formed on a first substrate having a nonplanar surface feature, removed from the first substrate, and placed over the second layer to form the nonplanar boundary. The first layer can be leached of a catalyzing material prior to being applied to the second layer. A barrier layer can be placed between the first layer and the second layer to prevent sweeping of a catalyzing material into the leached first layer.

  • Publication number: 20220146698
Abstract: A method for detecting potential faults in a cooling system that cools a detector electronic assembly (DEA) of a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging system having a plurality of PET detector rings each including a plurality of PET detectors having an associated DEA. The method includes verifying continuity of coolant lines in a coolant flow path of a DEA and calculating a flow rate through a coolant flow path of a DEA. Selected circuit board temperature sensors are used to detect temperature values that serve as surrogates for temperature change of a coolant. Further, the selected temperature sensors are located on hardware that is replicated on different points or locations on the flow path such that the temperature sensors have similar performance characteristics and are of like kind.

  • Patent number: 11229379
Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for the analysis of gaseous compounds, especially for determining the concentration of a gas or gases in a gas mixture by microwave spectroscopy. Microwave radiation is generated at one or more frequencies the gas is most responsive to, transmitted by antenna, passed through the gas under test, received by antenna, and the absorption and/or reflection of the microwave radiation is measured by means such as digitization and analysis using the FFT spectrum versus energy response generated, the response subsequently used to calculate the gas concentration.

  • Publication number: 20210023658
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a laser-based system and method for providing efficient melt removal of material from a surface of a material sample being acted on in a laser machining operation. In one implementation the system may make use of a continuous wave (CW) laser for generating a laser beam directed at a spot on the surface of the material sample. The CW laser may be configured to be modulated at a predetermined frequency such that the laser beam excites and amplifies surface capillary waves on the surface of the sample up to a melt ejection point, which ejects molten material from the spot being acted on by the laser beam, to more rapidly facilitate material removal from the spot.
