    Abstract: Methods and system for providing enhanced visual accessibility at self-service terminals (SSTs) through an improved user interface (UI) on-screen magnifier. The magnifier includes an extra-thick border for dragging from any edge and prevents the magnifier from being fully dragged off-screen. The magnifier's size and zoom level are configurable based on locale settings and language requirements. When activated through an accessibility menu of a transaction UI for a terminal, the magnifier initially appears centered on the screen and maintains native UI resolution scaling for magnified content. Usage metrics are captured to identify interface accessibility challenges and make user experience UI improvements. The magnifier's border thickness, lens size, and zoom level can be customized through configuration settings to accommodate different languages and regional preferences. Touch inputs are remapped at the application level to properly interact with magnified content.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, apparatus, and computer-readable storage media that support relevance-based analysis and filtering of documents and media for one or more enterprises. Aspects disclosed herein leverage custom-built taxonomies, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) for identifying and extracting features from highly-relevant documents. The extracted features are vectorized and then filtered based on entities (e.g., enterprises, organizations, individuals, etc.) and compliance-based risks (e.g., illegal or non-compliant activities) that are highly relevant to a particular client. The filtered feature vectors are used to identify and highlight relevant information in the corresponding documents, enabling decision making to resolve compliance-related risks. The aspects described herein generate fewer false positive or otherwise less relevant results than conventional document screening applications or manual techniques.

The computer vision applications and scanner are polled to provide a region identifier, a barcode, and a confidence value for each item on the tray. Duplicated item barcodes are removed and barcodes with the highest confidence values are retained. The final item barcodes are provided to a transaction manager of the terminal to complete the self-checkout with a customer at the terminal.

    Abstract: Videos depicting products are analyzed to uniquely identify the products by frame within each video and to uniquely identify non-product objects by frame within each video. Based on the analysis each video is tagged with product codes and non-product identifiers. Based on the non-product identifiers, each video is further classified by persona. During a checkout of a customer, a recommendation service provides recommended products that the customer is believed to be interested in purchasing. The recommended products and known personas of the customer are used to generate a video playlist for the checkout, each video including at least one of the recommended products presented within the video in a known persona context. A video from the playlist is selected and played within a screen on a display to the customer during the checkout. The screen is a screen not being used by a transaction user interface for the checkout.
