These applications include release substrate used in the manufacture of calendared cured sheet rubber and molding paste composites, such as sheet molding compound (SMC), thick molding compound (TMC), bulk molding compound (BMC) and fiberglass composites. The release coating composition comprises a solution of a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose having hydroxypropyl molar substitution of from 0 to about 0.82. In a preferred form, particulate solids are present in the composition.

    Abstract: Techniques for etching through a low capacitance dielectric layer in a plasma processing chamber are disclosed. The techniques uses an etch chemistry that includes N2, O2, and a hydrocarbon. By etching the low capacitance dielectric layer with a plasma created out of the etch chemistry, fast etch rates can be obtained while also maintaining profile control and preserving critical dimension of the resultant opening (e.g., via/trench) being etched in the low capacitance layer.

One aspect of this invention contemplates an insulator cover over a conductive edge ring at the start of wafer etching, which cover is removed after end-pint detection. The present invention contemplates a number of physical configurations whereby the insulator ring is urged into, and away from, its masking of the conductive edge ring. Alternatively, the etching of a wafer bearing low-K material may be conducted using two edge rings, where the first etch step is conducted using an insulating hot edge ring, and a second etch step is conducted using a conductive hot edge ring.

Preferably, the resin formulation comprises at least one monofunctional water soluble vinyl or acrylic monomer in combination with a low molecular weight aliphatic polymer having acrylic or methacrylic acid functionality. The solidified wax and resin formulation layers can be machined as may be desired to form mold of a given shape comprising wax layers when the layer of formulation is separated from the wax layers.

    Abstract: In a semiconductor p-i-n photodiode an undoped absorption region (10) is epitaxially grown between two highly doped regions (14, 16). In prior art lattice matched InGaAs p-i-n photodiodes current epitaxial structures use low InP cap (16) doping (n˜2.5−6×1016/cm3), and nominally undoped (not intentionally doped, n˜1×1013−5×1014/cm3) InGaAs absorption regions (10). The shunt resistances of p-i-n photodiodes according to the present invention with intentional doping between n˜5×1017/cm3 and 1×1014/cm3, in the InGaAs absorption region (52, 60) are significantly increased over that of a standard structure (non-intentionally doped).

A valve 19 in the supply line 33 prevents loss of water and hence inadvertent actuation/deactuation of the water actuated rams. A selector valve 21 allows selection between extend and retract operations. In the case of a system for stabilizing a trailer such as a caravan when parked, or for raising and lowering a pop-top on a caravan there are at least two water actuated rams and preferably four water actuated rams 11, 13, 15, 17 connected in parallel.
