Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for providing topical search suggestions are provided. Topical search suggestions allow a user to receive search results related to the designated topic or subject matter. Multiple topics may be generated based on search input provided by a user. The search input may be a search prefix that includes one or more words entered into the search query box before the completed search query is submitted to the search engine. A search interface may then present the topics derived from the search prefix to a user before the user submits the query. In another embodiment, the user designates multiple search inputs. Search results may be generated based on the search inputs and then present topics extracted from the search results. In one embodiment, the topics are extracted by performing a natural language analysis of search result metadata.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a multi-diameter optical fiber link, which includes a first cable and a second cable connected in series with the first cable through an adaptor (or adaptors) and is characterized in that a first optical fiber enclosed in the first cable has a smaller diameter than a second optical fiber enclosed in the second cable. Hence, when the first and second cables are connected in series, an end surface of the first optical fiber is easily and precisely aligned within an end surface of the second optical fiber, thus allowing the second optical fiber to receive all optical signals transmitted from the first optical fiber. Abstract: A medication delivery system is disclosed to mitigate or reverse the pharmacologic effect of a medication beyond the desired therapeutic window. The system provides sequential delivery of medications including a first agent which induces a physiologic change, a second agent for reversing the physiologic change, and a medication release delaying agent for delaying the release of the second agent so that, upon receipt of the medication delivery system into the body the first agent is released before the second agent so that the physiologic effect of the first agent is mitigated by the second agent. The system can be a pill with the first agent comprising an outer medication and the second agent an inner medication with the medication release delaying agent intermediate the outer medication and the inner medication. In an example, the first agent can comprise a sleep aid and the second agent an arousal agent.
